Is anyone else watching post game coverage on the NFL Network. There is a lot of tension between the female host and one of the analysts, they really seem to hate each other, is anyone else watching this?! Who are they?

So how did Romo do everybody? I bet he got wasted with it being this type of game. I think he was fine. At least he was entertained if not entertaining. Collinsworth would've been whining about missed opportunities all f'n night long, Aikman would've been drunk.

That was a football game. Hope 20yrs from now, future fans don't write the scoreline off as a bad game. If that was the final title in the Belichick-Brady era, I guess it's fitting to start & finish the dynasty with game clinching field goals against the Rams. Pretty much every unit on both teams played great tonight, except Rams QB Jared Goff. 3-0 at half, it felt like 30-20. Gostkowski lols, what a guy... I still can't watch his clutch kicks. This one felt really earned without any fluky stuff on either side. Edelman just kept getting open, & Michel was f'n awesome to keep series going. New Orleans Saints fans must be enjoying tonight lols. As it is, the 2018 Patriots defeated the gamechanging 2018 Chiefs twice & 2018 Rams in the SB. That's not nothing, & helps prop their greatness. Belichick was the MVP tonight for me, he didn't allow the Rams to get a foothold on either side of the ball. 13-3 didn't look sexy an hour ago, it sure f'n does now! ![8-)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cool.png) Gost I'm happy for Patriots fans, and as a fan of the other Boston teams, it feels great to see another Boston team. But if you think that was a great football game, you are crazy. I'm not against defensive games, but you gotta give me SOME excitement. This game was a massive bore and will go down in Super Bowl history as just that. Truthfully, as far as action goes, this was probably the worst Super Bowl I've ever seen.

Idk anyone that works on the NFL Network outside of Deion Sanders. If it's him than I could understand as he can be really annoying. She's usually always been professional from what I've ever seen of her. Maybe after she had that whole leaked photo's phone hack thing her colleagues have treated her less than kind to bring on some animosity. Idk.

I was hoping he'd do a good job. Sucks that he didn't get a better game to call though. It's just so odd how quickly my perception of him has changed since he switched to the booth.

What a game! Love how the defense I was ripping all year was absolutely lights out the entire game. Love how the Pats reverted to the garbage offense of mid-season where nobody could get open and they still won. Love how Brady has won multiple Super Bowls with Chris Hogan posing as an NFL receiver. Love how the Pats won despite Gostkowski's (the Peyton Manning of kickers) usual antics. Love how Brady started off with a pick, then made incredible throws in a 4th quarter TD scoring drive that finally gave them a lead they wouldn't relinquish. Love how the Goff, "Oh, shit!!!" desperation-heave-turned-pick that everyone knew would happen happened at the perfect time.
This was possibly the least talented of the Pats six title teams. They lost five games this year to teams that didn't even make the playoffs. The AFC championship literally came down to a coin toss. Yet here they are, Super Bowl champions. Insane.

Brian Flores was the real mastermind behind that defense! Too bad you’re losing him to Miami! Which Pats chant is your favorite, by the way? “No days off”? “Do your job”? “Win one more”? “We’re still here”? They all read like Brady wrote them himself.

Do your job is probably my favorite since I was saying that before it became an official mantra. Maybe they heard me yelling at my tv? The defense played one good game all playoffs so Miami has that to look forward to. Still waiting for the first successful Belichick understudy, but you never know!

Weird that most of Edelman's production was when the score was 3-3 or earlier.

Weird that most of Edelman's production was when the score was 3-3 or earlier. Edelman was great but I agree that Gilmore would’ve been a better MVP, he was phenomenal and led the Pats fantastic defensive performance. During the postgame show Bill Cowher said that Gilmore deserved MVP and I agree.

Weird that most of Edelman's production was when the score was 3-3 or earlier. Because everything about offensive production is 100% scoring? Edelman kept the Rams D on the field, kept help the chains & the clock moving... and kept the Patriots D resting off of it. I think he won MVP by halftime & it was his to lose, & aside some big plays which helped, no one else could grab it from him. Had the receptions been spread around, then sure, someone on D would've had a much greater chance.

When Edelman had more yards for what....half the game? Over the entire Rams offense!? (I think it lasted until the 3rd, could be wrong though)....
Edelman kept Rams D on the field.
This was about wearing down the defense. Both defenses played amazing, but in a game like this, it's about who breaks first, who blinks first.
Rams did, and that's the game.

I mean, 8 consecutive punts? Look a the stats on page 4/17:
The Rams got 2 first down in the first half! 2!
