Hibiscus Town (1986) Broken Flowers (2005) Lantana (2001) Cherry Blossoms (2008) The Black Rose (1950) White Oleander (2002) : I claim double points for this one because the plant played an important role in the story The Devil's Daffodil (1961) obscure one based on an Edgar Wallace novel. Autumn Crocus (1934) : reputedly so ridiculed that it convinced Ivor Novello to quit making movies. Snapdragon (1993) Pamela Anderson vehicle. Looks awful.

Not a film, but the Australian TV-mini-series The Purple Jacaranda (1964) was a major bomb. Everyone hated it. But don't feel too bad....the same year did see the debut of "Homicide" (a landmark in Australian television), and there was a good number of TV plays, and Australia's first half-hour TV sitcom! There is a short non-fiction film called Jacaranda Festival (1949). I haven't viewed it, but it's on YouTube:

Haven't seen them, but do any of these obscure "Daisy" films sound interesting? The Daisy (1965) Daisies (1910) Pull My Daisy (1959) Plucking the Daisy (1956) Back years ago, I used to randomly type things into IMDb and see what came up. I discovered the great directing team of Ray & Charles Eames by doing that.
