Yes. There was a Kree in Agents of Shield who.. "has been in charge of a slave colony long enough for three generations of humans to be born, live, and die, so that no-one still alive remembers a time before he was in charge.
This particular Kree is still considered quite young by his family."So they have particularly long lives. Being as Captain Marvel has Kree DNA now that would be why she didn't age. I don't know if they have lifespans as long as the Asgardians but it's considerably more than any human. A movie can't assume that viewers will have watched the TV shows. So if a movie has to depend on a TV show to explain an element of the movie, then that's a plothole in the movie.

Because a person with enough common sense will notice that Kree in Captain Marvel don't age much when they appear again in GOTG (like Korath and Ronan). If they need more explanation than that then the series is there but it's not necessary. And please, learn what a plothole actually is before you make a fool of yourself even further.

A movie can't assume that viewers will have watched the TV shows. So if a movie has to depend on a TV show to explain an element of the movie, then that's a plothole in the movie. That's irrelevant to what you asked. You asked if Kree age slowly, the answer is yes. In any case, no you don't need to see the TV show. The movie made it very clear that Captain Marvel was made into a Kree. If Captain Marvel has not visibly aged in the past 25+ years then it's because she is Kree. That should be common sense to even children. After all why would someone also assume that Kree have the same lifespan as humans?

I've never seen an episode of Agents of Shield. I got it
