In Superman II, Superman gave up his powers. Then Clark and Lois went to a diner, where a bully picked on a powerless Clark. After Superman gets his powers back and defeats Zod, Non, and Ursa, Clark goes back to the diner and teaches the bully a lesson. Then Clark gives the diner owner a wad of cash to pay for the damages. In Captain Marvel, Carol Danvers and Nick Fury are sitting at a table in a bar. Fury asks Carol how would he know she's not a shape-shifting Skrull. Carol shoots a blast at the wall behind Fury and the wall explodes. So Carol destroys the bar and doesn't even pay the bar owner for the damages.
This is 1 of the reasons why I give low ratings to MCU movies. Because MCU heroes constantly abuse their power and think that they don't have to be accountable for their actions.

I gave an objective reason for giving the movies a low rating. It's no different than saying I gave this movie a low rating because the character development was weak or I gave that movie a low rating because the writing was contrived.

So then did you also give Man of Steel a low rating because Superman destroyed a Truck that probably cost tens of thousands of dollars just because he tipped a bit of beer on his head?

Carol didn't destroy the bar, she just destroyed a jukebox. That was a rude thing to do ..what if someone wanted to use it?

That truck owner in MoS was an asshole who thought he could harass the waitress and nobody would do anything about it. Clark just taught him a lesson (similar to how Clark taught the bully a lesson in Superman II). In Captain Marvel, what did the bar owner do to deserve getting his bar destroyed?

What did the city of Metropolis do to Clark? Causing some much destruction to that poor city! Causing billions worth of damage!

That truck owner in MoS was an asshole who thought he could harass the waitress and nobody would do anything about it. Clark just taught him a lesson (similar to how Clark taught the bully a lesson in Superman II). And somehow him being a bit of an asshole (nothing even drastic as he was just a bit handsy and threw a beer in Clarks face) resulted in Superman abusing his power by destroying his Truck. And because you usually like to go into such a surreal about of detail about these things... That Truck was a Kenworth T-800. A Google search tells me that these Trucks can cost up to $150,000. Of course he didn't just destroy the Truck as it was also carrying tree logs which were also damaged. Tree's that other innocent people worked on cutting down and would have served a purpose. So because of Superman abusing his power, a perfectly good and expensive Truck was destroyed, tree's were cut down for nothing because the logs were ruined, the man probably lost his job, his company which had nothing to do with any of this would be heavily inconvenienced and would have to fork over a lot of money because of it and then a whole bunch of people would have had to work on having the Truck removed from the parking lot and then removing the logs from the Truck. All because Clark had some beer tipped on him.

Like I said before, that truck driver deserved it for being a huge asshole and harassing the waitress. But what about the innocent people working hard to cut down the trees? What about the innocent people who had to work hard to remove the Truck? What about the companies involved? How much money did they pay for that Truck? How much did the company pay for those Trees? They'll probably never use that business again so they've lost out on a lot of money. They'll probably have to reduce pay of their employees and then they won't be able to feed their young children. That's pretty selfish of Superman to abuse his power and cause so many innocent people all that work and those companies all that money just because he had some beer thrown in his face.

Doesn’t Clark also steal someone’s clothes off the line? We never see him return the clothing or reimburse the person.
