Da captain thanks yousen for sayin da obvious. Meesa was just about to say da same thing. Kylo, Finn, Rose, Poe. They'sa all a bunch of thirsty losers friend zoning each other. And Rey is da pure, chaste warrior princess who lusts her bad boy crush on Kylo but ultimately is too stuck up for all of thems. Her gets to friend zone them all. I never found Rose attractive but amongst the Rebel women it’s slim pickings really. It’s pretty much her and Connix and that’s it. Still I’d need a good portion of spice first. |

Before she had just fangirled over him before she realized he was a coward. Then they began to work together as their friendship developed. Sure, they cared about each other, but I wouldn't call it romantic. That's why Rose's kiss came out of left field. Rose saved Finn's life? You mean by slamming into him and nearly dooming the Resistance? The whole thing was absolutely stupid. As a Finn fan, I would've preferred it if he had sacrificed himself. It would've been the most decent thing this franchise did to him. Well, Rey did help them escape by moving those rocks and by parking the Falcon nearby. It kind of feels like they introduced an Asian female because they wanted to have their first interracial romance, but they didn't want the black guy to end up with the white girl. Win-win with Rose and Finn. At any rate, I kind of don't care anymore because these Disney movies are poorly written anyway, so why would that end with IX?

First of all, they only had Finn try to rescue Rey and hold her hand in order to flip it on him by demonstrating that she didn't need his help at all. They used Finn to make this point repeatedly, to his hurt. Time and time again, he looked stupid while she looked awesome. Secondly, you don't have to have feelings for someone to want to save their life or be protective of them. Finn and Rey care deeply about each other as friends. That's it. Disney made sure that she friend zoned him before showing interest in Kylo Ren, the white villain. They also pushed the new Asian girl on the black guy.
