Well that wasn't a particularly exciting race but i wasn't really surprised as i've never been a fan of the Sochi circuit.
I'm with Lewis on his penalties, i thought they were ridiculous too. I'm sure i can remember others doing similar in the past and no one blinked an eye at it but i couldn't tell you who or where. I don't blame him for thinking they are against him.
MotoGP was as entertaining as ever but i do miss Marquez and look forward to seeing him back towards the end of the year.

Some good midfield battles. A lot of time penalties. Hamilton now has 10 penalty points, 2 more for a race ban. Good podium for Verstappen, always good to split the Mercedes cars. Albon... I am a bit confused, how many races still to go? I was under an impression that only two more races remain for the season but ESPN is showing 7 more races.

I believe it is 7 AJ
1. Nurburgring 2. Portimao 3. Imola 4. Instanbul 5. Bahrain 1 6. Bahrain 2 7. Abu Dhabi
On another note Honda have announced they are pulling out of F1 at the end of 2021! Wow, i didn't see that coming. That will leave Red Bull and Alpha Tauri in an awkward position.

It will also enable a clause in Verstappens contract.

Hulkenberg is replacing Stroll for the rest of the weekend. Stroll is not feeling a 100%. Also, dont forget the race start is an hour earlier than usual.

I don't like Bottas so eagerly hoping he doesn't win. That said it's wrong o me to dislike Bottas. He has done nothing to me and nor is he an undisciplined guy. But I just don't like him. He is just not exciting.

Mon Hammo!! Breaking lap records as he goes about his merry way - more records to follow one thinks... Best fun so far was watching The Hulk stalk Sebastian Wetall and then showing him his arse as he pulled away!

Good race with exciting moments. Great work by Max to just keep up with Mercedes till both were in the race. Great drive by Lewis.

Great drive by Hamilton and Verstappen. The Hulk did great. It was so nice to see Ricciardo on the podium again. Albon seems to get worse each race. Put him back at AT and put the Hulk in the RBR. That safetycar was bullshit. Its just a fake way to, maybe, create some excitement

Did Nurburgring look really narrow to anyone else compared to tracks they usually race at? Nice gesture by Mick Schumacher giving Lewis one of his Dad's helmets. Reminded me of the time he got a Senna helmet when he equaled or surpassed his pole record in Canada if memory serves me right

Hammer Time - Record Breaker. Tis funny, there was a heated discussion on the radio in the week, the usual bore off of him having the best car. Does anyone seriously doubt he's not one of the greatest drivers of his generation? 21 with McLaren and 71 with Mercs. Well done Lewis, we are proud of you. Get to hundred mate.

I have never seen anyone ever set the fastest lap literally lap after lap till the last lap. Lewis was on another level today.

That was a great race by Lewis, what a way to set the record. Good race by Max. Albon needs to go. Ocon beating his team mate for the first time I think. The tires on the start, damn, seemed only the McLaren boys and Kimi didnt have any tire problems. WTF was Stroll doing?

Albon needs to get out of Red Bull for sure but i think he's still a good enough driver to be in F1 Indycar was a pretty good watch. Looking forward to next year already and MotoGP was as entertaining as ever.
