Yeah I know that there is probably a better place for this but I do not care.
If you block or ignore someone is it like IMDb.com in that you do not see any of their threads or posts in other threads?
I am getting tired of wading through the fleets nonsensical attempts at relevance.

When you block a poster, their threads are still visible.
I believe that shortly after this board started, it was possible to also block threads by blocked posters.
But either they removed this setting option, or I am too dense to find it.

When you block a poster, their threads are still visible. I believe that shortly after this board started, it was possible to also block threads by blocked posters. But either they removed this setting option, or I am too dense to find it. Given those options, it's not looking very good for you.  |

Thanks Cine but yes that is what I am referring to.
I have no problem with differing opinions. Hell I have no problem with fleet other than their posts are boring, nonsensical and reek of trying too hard and take away from discussion of other subjects.

Here's a solution - develop some self-awareness and realize that after you've been told the same thing for years on multiple boards - maybe the problem is you. But people have complained about your spamming on at least three boards that i personally know about. |

You can hide a member's post's and/or block him from contacting you or following you or notifying you or any combo or the above. It's very flexible. |

It was weird though, to be able to block threads, you had to end up at the block screen, and click back on your browser, then forward again - or something equally weird - to make the block thread feature appear. Some weird bug. |

Not to do with OP but in general:
When people of OLD RFS board were switching over to this board they were given a promise that OT threads will be allowed here. Steve is within his rights to start his poetry threads. If anyone does not like his threads then may be ignore function can be of help (as OP plans to do so).
