Lame. He should have just said, "look man, we're on comic-book time with these movies."

So why didn't Moira age?
Why did they age normally up until the age they were in First Class and then suddenly regardless of individual ages they all stopped aging at the same time?
Why did Wolverine look older in DOFP than he did in X-Men?
Why did Jean, Scott, Kurt & Peter all stop aging also just at the time they entered the film series?
Either make an excuse or just pretend the issue doesn't exist don't give a lamew bullshit answer.

It's suppose to be so smart, but at the same time you are suppose to turn your brain off and not think so hard.

I don't think that's an oxymoron I think that's just a contradiction. an oxymoron is a statement of contradictory terms like military intelligence, honest politician or unbiased opinion.

IN-UNIVERSE, Xavier and Havok were surprised at how "younger" she looked. 2- Wolverine in the second timeline (First Class, The Wolverine, DOFP) aged a bit more. Stress? 3- Mutants age slower and better than humans. That's it. Don't be angry. Life is beautiful.

Like how they ignored that Professor X was 17 when he met Eric in X-men but was in his mid 20's in First Class. Even the DoFP timeline reset wouldn't fix this. As the divergent timelines didn't happen until after they met. edit: This is just one of the many reason I wish that First class stayed a reboot and not a prequel.

Stress? OMG dude that's great, it's utter bullshit but I don't care I love it, Wolverine's healing factor cannot combat stress, oh that's tremendous, 5 *'s well played.

First Class should have been a reboot but that would have meant saying goodbye to Hugh Jackman and cutting all ties to the original films, which they just weren't prepared to do.

They age slower in the original timeline too. Cyclops was 18 during "X-Men Origins", and that was set in 1979-1983. X-Men 1 and X2 are set in 2004. Said that, Jackman looks the same in all movies, don't nitpick. Enjoy life, don't be frustrated, that hurts your body.

First Class was a reboot... or a divergence. The timeline has already changed, or it was an alternate universe. Read: x-continuity.blogspot.com

I am British mate, we are made for three things above all else, colourful language, queuing and moaning, and technically we evolved the ability to que so well just so that we can have a bloody good moan about queuing, so nitpicking that's just a natural part of life, I mean we got the Olympics in 2012 and guess what we moaned about it from the day it was announced to the day before the opening games, why? because we are British it's what we fucking do.

I love UK. I'm a Billy Idol and Sex Pistols fan, among the other things. So don't stop being British, my friend.

Smart series I guess is the oxymoron.

In the first X-men, they made a point at saying how Logan ages slower and that he could be older than Xavier. If they all age slower then that wouldn't be something they need to address.

Logan ages slower than the other mutants. He was born in 1832. That was their point in X1. Mutants age slower and better than humans. It's easy.

Their point is that his healing factor makes him age slower than any other person. If it was at all true that mutants age slower then they would have made a point to it in the movies. The only person they ever made a point of saying they age slower is Logan. And they did it twice. In X1 and X2. If it was at all the case they would have said it to a human in any of the X-men movies when explaining mutants to them. Especially in First Class and DoFP when mutants were new to normals. They even made a point that Apocalypse doesn't age slow, but continually changes bodies.
