Not sure if they’ll be able to pull that off without confusing people who only follow the movies, but I guess Marvel has earned enough trust to pull something like that off at this point. Also, I see they’re officially giving Shane Black the finger with the whole “Ten Rings” thing.

So of those listed, Blade definitely catches my interest. My hype for Thor 4 took a massive dive knowing that Natalie Portman is back. Dr Strange 2 has my interest.
Need to wait and see on would be What If... and The Eternals. I know nothing of The Eternals and have no idea what they're gonna do with What If...
The rest I couldn't give a fuck about specially the Disney+ TV shows. That gets my money only if they bring back the X-Men Animated Series.

My issue is just it's been a while since we've seen Jane Foster. This would have been the perfect chance to recast and get Portman the hell outta there.

Like I said, my belief in him goes as far as one film. That belief doesn't make me not cringe at the sight of seeing Natalie Portman back in these films.

I trust Taika and love Ragnarok but that is by far the worst MCU title I've seen so far.

Yeah that wasn't great either. Especially because it's the name of an 80s Drew Barrymore movie plus a 90's film called "Far From Home: The Adventures of Yellow Dog".
Personally, I'm not a fan of the titles The First Avenger or Age of Ultron.
The First Avenger is as bad as Dawn of Justice. Like they were both just dying to remind us that Avengers and Justice League were coming up next.
Then anything with 'Age of' at the beginning just sounds cheesy to me.

Yeah I agree on the First Avenger and Age of Ultron. Specially when the movie basically gave us "The Week of Ultron".

"And if all of that wasn't enough, Feige also confirmed Black Panther 2, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Fantastic Four, Captain Marvel 2 and Mutants have also been announced for Phase 4. Oh, and the completely unexpected Blade movie, starring Mahershala Ali in the lead role."

So 5 yrs. Hell So Supes was last in everyone's consciousness through Smallville or the Brandon Routh epic. Even more, the superhero landscape was sparse There was The Spirit (2008), Dark Knight (2008), Hellboy II (2008), Watchman (2009), Scott Pilgrim (2010), Punisher: War Zone (2008), The Losers (2010), Kick-Ass (2010), Green Lantern (2011). Spidey 3 was 2007, the reboot was 2012. XMEN Last Stand was 2006. XMEN Origins: Wolverine was 2009. So the general public largely was unaware of DC or Marvel vs stuff they licensed out. Marvel not only was establishing their cinematic universe, they were branding THEIR brand vs the other studios. Their big guns were licensed out to others & largely run inti the ground so they were stuck with a bunch of characters the general public didn't know. Branding Captain America the First Avenger made the general public aware this was one of their heroes who was going to appear in Avengers & drew their eyes to a hero most did not know. Some older people might remember him from WWII, but otherwise he is pretty unknown. Comic book fans are pretty much it.

They still seem to having the same 2-3 movie a year schedule though. Might be 4 if the next Spider-Man comes out in 2021.

A Hawkeye movie is definitely the right call. Just a year or two ago Marvel fans would've dismissed the thought, but with Cap and Tony gone, fans are going to be craving that old MCU feeling again. The power of nostalgia will be strong with that one. Isn't that a Disney+ series and not a movie?

Isn't that a Disney+ series and not a movie? Is it? Son of a b. I'm not 100% sure but that's what I think I saw being said on Twitter.
