AD put up 40 and 20 against the Grizz.
After the game - 'My shoulder bothered me - a lot'.
Here comes the laundry list of nagging injuries sidelining him at times for the year.
Trae Young sprained his ankle last night - results came back negative.

That Hawks and Sixers game last night was easily the worst officiated game I have seen in years. Absolutely horrible. The Flagrant II against Scott was a bit of a head scratcher. Only thing I can think of - refs may have thought it was a 'punch' to DJ's side/stomach - I thought he was trying to punch the ball out (a little too forcefully) - thought it was unnecessary what Scott did but should have been a Flagrant I instead. It was even worse than this. I am not exaggerating when i say it was as bad as it was. It sounds like I am just being a fan, but it was so awful that I seriously thought there was something fishy going on. Simmons and Richardson got in foul trouble and I swear I do not think they committed a foul. One foul on Simmons was offensive and he literally did not even touch the guy. I do not mean that he barely bumped him and the player flopped. I mean that he literally did not even touch him. My favorite was the one where Trey Young elbowed Josh Richardson in the face and JRich got the foul. He literally got elbowed right in the nose.

Boston beats the Bucks by 11.
They were down 16 at the half.
That's a horrible loss - just completely collapsing and falling apart like that - tale of 2 halfs.
Wonder if the subtraction of Brogdon/Mirotic is bigger than people think and the Bucks aren't the #1 team in the East after all.

First time I've checked out the Celtics, and I like the energy on the floor. Kemba might not be as good as Kyrie, but at least he looks happy to be there.
We'll see if it continues, but so far so good.

We'll see if it continues, but so far so good. How are they gelling as a whole with Kemba and the subtraction of Baynes, Horford, Kyrie, Rozier, Morris? I remember when Kyrie was out - they seemed to have more chemistry - i.e. Smart, Brown, Tatum, Rozier (granted he's no longer there) - they seemed to all mesh really well. Did Tacko Fall make the final roster or did they send him to the G League (or did they sign him to a 2 way contract prior to announcing the 15 man roster and they're able to call him up 10 times a year after he signed) for more seasoning?

Curry - broken hand?
Suns looking decent to start the season - even with Ayton suspended.
That D'Lo trade is looking more and more likely

Yeah Tacko is on a two way contract. He already played a game for the C's against the Knicks. He's got a ways to go but he isn't a total stiff. C's looked great in the second half last night, came back to beat Milwaukee in front of a raucous crowd in Boston. They were down as many as 19 in the first half, but came back strong in the second half and really pulled away from the Bucks down the stretch. The refs tried everything they could to keep the Bucks in it. Giannis gets more calls than anyone in history, including Jordan. If there's a reason I don't follow the NBA as much as I used to it's the officiating. It ranges from openly corrupt to completely inept. Solid games from Walker, Hayward, Tatum and Smart were the difference in that game. This team seems to legitimately like each other, they already have better chemistry than they did at any time last season. Meanwhile the Nets are already grumbling about Kyrie's mood swings. But yeah, love to watch this team scrap against a more talented team last night. They aren't contenders but they aren't pushovers either.

Well, looks like a lost year for the Warriors, which I suppose is better than a 7, 8, or 9 seed. I suppose it's good it's not his right hand, but if it throws the feel of his shot off going forward, that would suck.

Pels get their first win of the season - against the Nuggets We're down to 1 winless team in the NBA - the Kings. Disappointed - didn't think the loss of Marvin Bagley to start the season would keep them winless. Apparently Luke Walton is hearing boos already - they were close to a playoff team last year and have some young talent - i.e. Hield and Fox. The only unbeaten team in the NBA is - drumroll... . . . The Philadelphia 76ers Sidenote - Embiid and KAT suspended 2 games each. Sixers have an interesting West Coast trip coming up - Blazers, Suns, Jazz, Nuggets. Suns surprisingly look decent so far this year - so that's not an automatic win - hoping to go 2-2 on that stretch but 1-3 wouldn't shock me with no Embiid for 2 games.
