Knicks fire head coach David Fizdale. I'm sure this will fix things. Wonder who's going to be available at the trade deadline / buyout period.

Sixers should try this approach with Simmons. Brett Brown came out a couple of days ago and stated he wants Simmons to attempt at least 1 three a game. It's not even about making them. Even if you shoot like 32% - just attempt them to draw defenders out to open up other opportunities. Sixers beat the World Champs last night - for all the disgruntled fans - they're a .5 a game out of 2nd and the East has been impressive thus far - i.e. Bucks, Heat, Celts, Rapts, Pacers. Season is still early - need time to gel and hopefully find some help during the buyout period as far as more shooting is concerned.

Harden dunk protest denied.
In its ruling, the NBA agreed with the Rockets' contention that referees misapplied the rules. However, commissioner Adam Silver determined that the Rockets had sufficient time to overcome the error "during the remainder of the fourth quarter and two subsequent overtime periods and thus the extraordinary remedy of granting a game protest was not warranted."
The league did announce that it has disciplined all three referees from the game for misapplying the Coach's Challenge rule.

Bucks win 15th straight.
Curious to see how we match up with them.
Can't wait for that Christmas Day game.

Good game in Philly tonight - potential Finals matchup - Denver/Philly
Sixers take it 97-92.
Happy with Matisse Thybulle - 1st Round pick out of Washington was supposed to be just an elite defender who couldn't shoot - he's been poppin' 3s with confidence left and right

This Uncut Gems movie with Sandler and Kevin Garnett looks really good. Sandler can be good in serious roles and he's a natural for this.

This Uncut Gems movie with Sandler and Kevin Garnett looks really good. Sandler can be good in serious roles and he's a natural for this. Was reading Garnett replaced Embiid in the movie. Embiid looks absolutely miserable this year. Came out yesterday and said he's not been himself since he's hearing it from all sides that he needs to mature. Wish he would just finally shut up, grow up and get in shape and become a killer and stop playing the victim role. Barkley and Shaq killed him on TNT the other night vs. the Nuggets pretty much stating he doesn't want it enough despite having all the talent in the world like The Greek Freak.

Barkley and Shaq killed him on TNT the other night vs. the Nuggets pretty much stating he doesn't want it enough despite having all the talent in the world like The Greek Freak. Eh? Is he not in shape? He looks winded and lethargic at times. He's putting up 22 ppg and 12.4 rpg - turnovers as usual have been infuriating - especially late in games when he thinks he's Steve Nash and hanging out on the perimeter and getting doubled and puts the ball on the floor - in turn turning it over in crucial times of the game. They're a big team. I wish he'd just bully people in the paint more - however the lane is clogged at times and the spacing is off because they're so big and don't have a traditional PG running the offense. It's why everybody has been screaming for years for Ben to start shooting from the outside - even if he shoots like 32% or so - it unclogs the lane and opens up more opportunities for others.

Damn. That sounds bad. Hope he makes it. One my favorite sports memories as a kid was always getting geared up for the draft and watching Stern come out and announce the picks before Silver was doing it.

He looks winded and lethargic at times. If he's not careful, guy's gonna wake up 32yrs old & washed out in no time. The Process already feels like a high school cheerleading function from 15yrs ago.

Nice statement game from Embiid after he got roasted. 38 and 13. Sixers give the Celts their first home loss of the season. Good game and a statement win by Philly. A couple of questionable calls at the end that went Philly's way, but still the Sixers earned the win. As good as the Celtics are, they have no answer defensively for big guys like Embiid, especially with no Marcus Smart in the lineup. The Celtics desperately need a big man, especially one that can play some tough Celtics style defense.
