Terminator 3 was well made but cheap.
This was it's biggest weakness.
It lacked the epic feeling of T2.
It felt like a 1960s second feature sci-fi film. The part where they fly to the hidden base was very old-fashioned cheap.
Arnie used some of his own money to pay for the crane going through a storefront.
