In terms of acting and on-screen beauty definitely between Wild Things and Undercover Brother, as far as straight up on-screen beauty then The World Is Not Enough for me.
Also, not making this up but a friend of mine actually directed a movie starring Denise Richards.

She was drop dead gorgeous in The World is Not Enough but I have to pick Wild Things where she was quite the temptress.

Is "UNDERCOVER BROTHER" any good at all ?
I remember seeing the TV Spots for it back when it first came out in Theaters.
LOL, I also remember thinking that it looked like a really bad Comedy Movie which is why I didn't see it.
Was I right or is it actually pretty good ?

Agreed!
I know that a lot of people consider her to be 1 of the Worst Bond Girls but she most definitely isn't to me.

Denise Richards is attractive. That's all. She has NEVER delivered a fine performance. EVER. To that end the only thing of significance she did in movies is the scene in Wild Things. Period.
I'm sorry if that sounds harsh. I have nothing against her. I'm sure she's a lovely person. But she's just never done anything.

Denise Richards is attractive. That's all. There are lots of attractive women, millions. Some lose it, some leave the spotlight, but there is no shortage because they just keep being born and yet here we are are talking about Denise. To say she is nothing else isn't harsh, it's dishonest and obtuse.

To say she is nothing else isn't harsh, it's dishonest and obtuse. It is neither dishonest nor obtuse. It is an opinion that you disagree with (which is fine) and that bothers you personally for some reason (which I don't get, unless she's your wife or something?)
Dishonest is when you lie- I'm not lying. What great performance is she known for? Go ahead, I'll wait...
Obtuse is when one is slow to understand- How am I being slow to understand when making a statement based on having seen most of the womans performances and making an educated opinion based on said info?
So, if you don't know what words mean don't use them. And by the way, you've gone a little bit out of your way to be an asshole toward me for stating my opinion. You usually get this offended when someone talks about someone you don't even know?

It also stars Kirsten Dunst, Brittany Murphy, Ellen Barkin, Allison Janney, Kirstie Alley and is the film debut of Amy Adams.
It's about a bunch of girls in a small town competing for a beauty pageant and they start dying in mysterious ways.
It's like a darkish comedy. It's one of my favorites. You should check it out!

Respectfully, I am going to have to disagree with you on that one.
I myself thought that she gave fine performances in both "WILD THINGS" and "STARSHIP TROOPERS".

I don't care that you think she's a bad actress, to be honest, but you went even further to say she's nothing other than attractive, you were emphatic and smarmy about it. I didn't like that, it struck me wrong. I don't like it when people conflate personal taste with the objective value of another person, and especially didn't like the tone so I decided to take it up with you. On most days I would ignore it but this time I decided to reply. This is a discussion site, we are discussing. I don't need any other reason and since you weren't nice about saying it, you must be a tough guy so I didn't feel obligated to tiptoe around your feelings. Hopefully we are on the same page now. Well I believe you are wrong about her being nothing. Denise Richards didn't just show up one day and get movie deals because her hair was nice and she smiled. As previously mentioned attractive women in hollywood are a dime a dozen, many are better looking than her, and yet she got those parts. So clearly she has drive, professionalism, salesmanship, talent, and work ethic, to get and keep getting roles. She wasn't born to hollywood royalty, wasn't an insider, and had to work her way up and set herself apart from the thousands and thousands of attractive women seeking fame. And whether she's a good actress or not, apparently some people feel she is worth discussion so she has made an impression. Is she a bad actress, I don't think so but she isn't winning any awards so she's not a top actress because we all know that awards are the be-all end-all decider of who is and isn't the best but that doesn't make her nothing.

And we disagree. Fine. No problem. See how that works? No need to call anyone a liar or obtuse.
...I don't think anything that she did in either of those couldn't have been done by ANY actress with good looks. Good looks are the only requirement for those two roles. There was no acting stretch in either. IMO.

Your not gonna believe me when I say this but I have actually never called anybody 'obtuse' ever in my life.
I saw what happened to Tim Robbins when he said it in "THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION".

Alright. lets take a step back. We obviously got off on the wrong foot and some things we've both written were blown out of proportion.
Your contention is that Denise Richards didn't just show up one day and get movie deals because her hair was nice and she smiled. And I'm saying that yeah sometimes its that easy. Sometimes a producer thinks he can get laid by hiring a ditsy little thing who thinks acting is easy because she's photogenic. There's tons of actresses, and yes even actors, who are like that. We all know that's true. If Hollywood is good at anything its attracting good looking people. Some of them fade into obscurity and some of them actually build upon it to make something of themselves.
Let me give you three examples: Denise Richards Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt
All three gorgeous, all three young when they started, all three known more for being attractive than for some amazing performance the did when they started (I'm talking about the first five years or so of their careers in movies, not now.)
These three big breakout roles were: Denise- Starship Troopers: In which she did nothing but smile a lot Margot- Wolf of Wall Street - in which she did nothing but act sexy and show us the full monty Brad- Thelma and Louise - in which he did nothing but jump up and down on Geena Davis bed shirtless
As time went on these three people had the opportunity to improve on their careers, and take more challenging roles to show off their actual acting ability, and that they were serious about the craft of acting and making movies of value.
Both Margot Robbie and Brad Pitt have gone on to be nominated for Oscars in both supporting and lead categories, have made movies of social value, have portrayed characters that are completely different from themselves, have played in roles that did NOT rely on them being good looking, as a matter of fact both of them have taken roles in which they were both made up to be downright ugly. Both of them have their own production companies, which have made award nominated movies, which have been nominated for BEST picture.
Denise Richards moved on to be in a three way on Wild Things and a reality TV show that was so short lived it was barely a blip.
She was dumb enough to marry and have children with CHARLIE FUCKING SHEEN! Who the fuck in their right mind takes Charlie fucking Sheen seriously enough to marry him and have children with him? Does that scream bright to you?
Like I said in my original post, I don't have anything against her personally, I'm sure she's a lovely person, and I wish her all the luck in the world; honestly. But she has little to no talent and has relied in her entire on the fact that she's attractive.
And as for all the other young ladies (AND MEN!) you mention... them too! Life is amazing when you're that good looking. Otherwise incredibly smart people do incredibly dumb things around good looking people. Sometimes those otherwise smart people give good looking people careers in Hollywood. It happens.
