still alive and well and unless those cops that were in my flat 2 days ago infected me I should continue to stay alive and well for the foreseeable future too. knock on wood. Hah! Classic Nora! Drop a bomb about cops being in her apartment and then leave without saying why. Ok, I'll bite, why were there cops in your apartment, Nora? oh len i did tell, the 2 days before that post u quoted. just in another thread. whose fault is that that they are not reading all my posts? Some guy was walking across my roof at sunset, pacing back and forth. Cop said it was a burglar looking for a way in...

Yes, they have started opening up salons, barber shops, malls, and businesses where I live.

First covid-19 case was reported last Thursday in the county. The county just to the north of here have a pork and a turkey processing plant. They have reported that workers there have covid 19 but won't say how many. MAny people from town here work at the plants. So I'm sure it's around town. original quote was posted May 3rd 24 confirmed covid-19 cases here in the county to date. Of that 15 have recovered and 0 deaths. The two counties to the north and south of us have 850 and 625 respectively cases. They both have pork processing plants. Restaurants and bars were allowed to open up 10 days ago. From my observation they don't seem to be doing very well. Very few cars. One bar even posted on their Facebook page that they will be closing for good on the 7th. They couldn't recover from the two and a half months being closed. Since business did not return to make it profitable. People are still scared to go to restaurants and bars in this area anyway.

I didn't go down for the meat. I really didn't need it. Some family could use it more than me. They said they gave out 300 boxes of meat. I was jealous! Wish they'd did that here I talked to a person that picked up some of the meat he said it was corn dogs, breaded pork fingers, whatever they are, and breaded pork patties. Sounds like high salt foods which I can't eat anyway.

Third update We are at 60 covid-19 cases in the county now. 37 are recovering ie not contagious. 1 case is currently in the hospital with a total of 3 this month. No deaths have occurred in the county. I still wear a face mask when I go shopping. But employees do not anymore except for a few. 80% of the infected are in the 18 to 60 age group. 15% are in the 60 and above age group, my age group.

Sulla hasn’t been around in like 2 months. I have mild concerns due to his age and recent health conditions.
