All parallel universes, as hinted by Genisys, as well as massive continuity discrepancies and casting changes.
I loved all Terminator movies, I'm a huge fan. This is my ranking order anyway:
1- Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) 2- Terminator Genisys (2015) 3- Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (2008-2009) 4- Terminator: Dark Fate (2019) 5- Terminator Salvation (2009)
Genisys had brilliant ideas, as well as an interesting story, I didn't like the casting at all. Especially Kyle Reese.
Rise was a great movie. Epic and exciting. The TX was a memorable villain IMHO.
The TV series was incredible. I loved it. Narrative twists, character-arcs and great special effects. Terrific work.
Dark Fate is a great movie, so underrated. It was VERY derivative, but charming nonetheless.
I loved Salvation, but it resembled a Transformers movie. Marcus Wright is a wonderful addition to the Terminator mythos.

Salvation is my favorite of the sequels not a great movie but entertaining enough.
1. Salvation 2. T3 3. Genisys 4. Dark Fate *never seen The Sarah Connor Chronicles

1. Dark Fate - the only one to really justify its existence. Heavy handed preaching aside, I thought it was an interesting direction for the series to take.
2. The Sarah Connor Chronicles - very entertaining and I liked the characters. But it's also very TV. Freak of the week Terminators, soapy elements, etc.
3. T3 - the laziest and most derivative film of the whole series, but more competently made than the latter two.
4. Salvation - some people expect you to get on your knees and felate this movie just because it's different from the others, but it's those differences that do the fellating if you know what I'm saying.
5. Genisys - nearly unwatchable. The idea of infinite timelines was interesting, but wasted.

Salvation is the only solid one. It’s a worthy companion/prequel to T1 and T2
ROTM has some great action but way too much humor and a horribly miscast John Connor. It’s also too repetitive of T2
Dark Fate is an abomination that shits all over the series. Genisys does as well while also having the miscasting and humor problem
I’ll keep Salvation while the rest can be thrown in a dumpster
Have only seen the pilot of Sarah Connor Chronicles. Heard the show was decent but considering how it was cancelled with no real ending there is probably not point in watching it

Of the ones I have seen:
Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines (2003) Terminator Genisys (2015) Terminator Salvation (2009)
Terminator 3 is the only one I would watch again but not enthusiastically. Then again I don't care for Terminator 2 much either.
Genisys was better than I expected. Salvation didn't impress me.
Jesus let it end! The only thing worse than another Terminator film would be to combine it with Halloween.
Halloween Terminator!
"When Michael Myers is revealed to be a terminator designed to demoralize people about their seasonal holidays. Can Laurie Strode and Sarah Connor join forces to stop him?"

The first Terminator is basically a slasher film that leans heavily on the side of horror vs action and ends up using the final girl trope which is common in horror movies.

I put Rise of the Machines above Salvation but I've never seen Genysis and Dark Fate.
Rise of the Machines is worth watching for the ending that leaves the franchise with new directions to go. Salvation was the right direction but it wasn't well executed.
