Some films do have earlier test screenings which are not made public till later on, and DesiredFX was not known to be a troll or a liar so I don't think he'd pull something out of his rear end just to create anxiety for DC fanatics. And yes, every movie is a "mess" while its still being edited, but if its screened to a group of people then the bulk of it must be deemed good enough to show a version that can function as the theatrical cut largely. Midnight's Edge's inside source from 4Chan, totally unrelated to DesiredFX mind you, emphasized that the movie was very fixable - No need for extensive reshoots or whatever just edit more in post to improve pace, tone shift, etc. Wait, 4Chan? That was their source? That's hardly what I'd consider reliable.

. Wait, 4Chan? That was their source? That's hardly what I'd consider reliable. I confirm: It is not. I am completely unreliable a source. But still a lot more than 4Chan. Go figure.

That's what was said of an earlier cut of the movie, which was echoed here and there by others who had seen it. Midnight's Edge did a report about it months ago and their inside source said at the time that the working cut was something of a mess but a fixable one nonetheless. Given the response the film is getting it seems the studio took notice and created a much better version. That does t really make sense. How does one determine whether or not a film is a mess by an unfinished cut? Furthermore, if the film really was bad enough to be deemed a "mess", how exactly would the studio have been able to fix that, without undergoing some massive reshoots? Well he does say a fixable mess. Probably was an editing problem.

How do you know that's the real DesiredFX? Could be a troll using the same username to mess with people.
Same way I know that you are the same guy who posted the posts before: I don't, I don’t care. All I know is that DesiredFX is on that forum since 2017. But this is not the point why this is and always has been mere trolling or shilling information! If you review the contents carefully you will find that this long winded blah blah amazingly does not include one single bit of concrete and/or traceable information on the product, but only sets out vague emotions so that impressionable and gullible people can project their agendas on the language. This is how it works, just like horoscopes. Maybe this is to be understood as parody trolling as the text also included the sledgehammer troll middle-finger of "I'm sure people will call me a troll because I genuinely don't have this guy's name or the company he works for, plus I'm a well-known MCU fan". This is funny. Btw, some guy whose name I cannot disclose told me he has some secured intel on a bunch of Jews doing something at the water well...and some people actually got angry. I am known as an ardent anti-Semite btw, but OMG believe me I'm telling the truth, they were doing something at the well and people were angry! Test: What do you think did they do?

You would think so on face value, but the truth of the matter is that places like 4Chan do provide some pretty hot information about the goings on behind the scenes on rare occasions, case in point Josh Trank's Fantastic Four. I should also point out, since you didn't see the video, that they said it should be taken with a "grain of salt" nevertheless despite the rarity of some pretty juicy information.
Early cuts of the film being a bit of a mess were said here and there online, so its in the realm of possibility it might've been the case and further edits improved it.

The thing is DC-Fan a few people, not just DesiredFX's associates, did reportedly see an earlier cut and said it was somewhat of a mess, it has nothing to do with Marvel fans trying to ruin a film for another fan base, it has to do with how a product improved over time given then and now with its critical success. And for the record I am as much a fan of DC as I am of Marvel and I cannot wait to see WW tomorrow. I love whenever we have something negative to report, our motives must obviously be to ruin everything for everyone, according to DC-Fan. And then he has the nerve to do the exact same thing he whines about us doing. I'm going to have to wait until after the weekend to see Wonder Woman, because I'm going to be busy busy busy, sadly.

Regarding the whole "how could a good movie come from a messy cut" thing, MANY films we view today as classics did not test well with earlier cuts before further work in post fixed everything.

DFX was a legendary troll/extremely partisan MCU fanboy. Anyone who dealt with him on the boards remembers that. He got off when WB/DC slipped. I blocked him on the old site a little over a year ago, but I'm not at all shocked up until the dying days on the IMDB boards he was still off his rocker.

I used to think DesiredFX was alright. But in the last year before the original boards shut down he got really annoying. Everything DC did was wrong regardless of what anyone else might have thought. The DCEU might not be as good as it could be. But its not the worst thing ever

lol I remember Desired FX. He practically lived on the Civil War board and would "correct" anyone that didn't love that film . I wonder how much Marvel/Disney is paying him.
Anyways , Wonder Woman was a lot of fun. Could have been shorter in run time (the 3rd act goes on a bit too long) but thats just a minor complaint. I highly recommend seeing it in theaters . Its better than Captain America The 1st Avenger and the Thor movies (imo of course)

Exactly. People today act like it's a miraculous phenomenon, but it happens all the time. Those gosh-darned evil test screenings and revisings have saved more than few pictures.

Y'know, both James Gunn and Lupita Nyong'o both really liked Wonder Woman DC-Fan, shocked they didn't slam it because of their loyalty? Reminder - Both are players on team Marvel.

Also, you need to remember of those recent "classics" that had reshoots like Mad Max: Fury Road for example, it was well known they had extensive reshoots. The release was delayed years on that film. Not to say that always happens, but Wonder Woman showed no signs of that. Sometimes rumors start and they are wrong. It does happen.

Yes, it is a well known fact that the actors and directors from both studios enjoy each others works. However, you tell that to a troll and they completely ignore that. People like that DFX moron insisted there was a real beef between the two studios. If you never had the pleasure of talking to him, that should show you how insane he truly was.

Some celebrities working for a rival studio celebrate Wonder Woman, so the work of DesiredFX and his co-workers is now totally "irrelevant". Does everything you post have to just absolutely drip with venom?
