Karl Aksel said, "you're imagining things." Explain what the imagination is. What is the imagination? No brain surgeon has ever found a 'memory' inside of a brain. The brain is a receiver of vibration. It is not vibration itself. That exists OUTSIDE the brain. I don't care how many paragraphs of hot air you post. We have found brain cells, though. And observed synapses. We can monitor brain activity. No, we cannot find brain activity upon dissecting the brain. Go figure.

What I want to know is how the non-physical senses work, like premonitions. Just recently, I was obsessing about dead babies (morbid much?), and then started getting symbolism indicating a baby who was still very much alive. I wondered if that meant this baby was in danger, but as far as I knew, she was strong and healthy, so I dismissed it. And the very next day, she died of SIDS. I feel so guilty about it, and I wish I'd done something, even it it was just a simple prayer. But I did nothing, as usual. I really wish more people had premonitions. It's hard when you have no one to talk to about it.

You may want to have your hippocampus checked by a neurologist, it may be defective.

You can prove consciousness resides in the brain just like you can prove a singer resides in a radio. Lol

Things like premonitions, ESP, etc., are vibrational forces and frequencies that some people can tune into, whether by accident or intentionally.

What a relief that is--because energy is a very well understood, physical property of the universe and easy to measure.
So where is this energy coming from, and how is it picked up by the brain and processed into ideas? And why has no one in the science ever measured it being transmitted between people?
Worse off for you, why does every single person who takes carefully controlled tests of their ESP abilities fail to produce results that are better than chance?

There's a very, very narrow sense in which this is a true statement, but you can only get there by going pretty deep into the weeds of academic discourse on the subject. If you always wanted to discuss wakefulness in a religion forum, now is your chance. I expect it to be a snooze. I had no idea the comment I responded to had anything to do with "wakefulness," so I guess I was misreading you. I was treating it as a factual claim about consciousness, a phenomenon known to have its origins in the biology of the nervous system.
