Like how I always wished that I'd have the balls to walk up to Russell Crowe and do the South Park "oh my god it's RUSSELL CROWE!" thing right to his face.

So who is gonna be the next QB mob hate on target once Rodgers retires?
My guesses are Mahomes Burrow or Herbert.
Mahomes it started last year as his significant other runs people the wrong way and his brother is a huge coattails guy. Add in a greatness fatigue especially if the Chiefs win the Super Bowl. Die a hero or live long enough to become a villain.
Burrow is starting to show his cocky side which I love but I'm sure will run some the wrong way.
Herbert does he become overrated because we all know he's good but can't get the "QB wins?"

Smith and Ralph Garmin had a running joke (Hollywood Babble On podcast) how Sorbo read a script so badly he yelled out "DISAPPOINTED!" when it was supposed to be his emotion not a line. If I could post the gif from my tablet I would but just a quick Kevin Sorbo disappointed Google search gets it. He deserves being remembered as a dumb meme.

You could write a scene in a parody film where the bimbo muscleman actor reads a script verbatim, and this is exactly what it would look like. You don't have to change a fucking thing. The unintentional comedy here is off the charts!

Some Dolphin gave him a little nudge and Allen shoved him back. It became a thing. As the leader on the field he has to be cooler than that.
ohh yeah, that play during the game?? That was nothing. The guy was shoving Allen after the whistle. That would piss anyone off.

You guys mob hated Rodgers long before that. All itll take is a media cycle focusing too much on somebody you get sick of it. Or somebody being too cocky for your liking that they come off as an douche. Or they don't get these precious QB wins that creates an overrated narrative. The seeds are all there for the three I suggested. Its gonna happen guaranteed. I would have suggested Kyler but to fill the Rodgers void they have to be good consistently.

Nobody is 'mob hating' anyone here. I have my own opinions. Ask me about Bill Belichick if you think I'm a crowd follower. People will start hating Mahomes and Herbert when they taunt a garbage team after scoring on them ("I still own you!"). Rodgers is a cunt and everyone except Packers fans knows it.

I hear Big Money Brett Maher now has Tristan Vizcaino for company in Dallas. Dak Prescott is Money Maher's biggest fan, says he's money in Arlington. Practise is going well.

So who is gonna be the next QB mob hate on target once Rodgers retires? Well, after the Jags beat him at Arrowhead, Mahomes' lone SB ring will be cheap GMF banter for the next 8 months. I also picked the Bengals over the Bills... giving us an AFC 4 headed QB dragon instead of the 2 headed Allen-Mahomes one.

Experts: "It's hard to beat a team 3 times in a season. Division opponents, know each other well, blah, blah, blah"
The teams trying to avoid the sweep are 9-15 .375. I'd venture they are always on the road against a higher seed, having lost 2 more games and the tiebreaker. Not much different than playing any higher seed on the road.

The seeds are all there for the three I suggested. Its gonna happen guaranteed. I would have suggested Kyler but to fill the Rodgers void they have to be good consistently. Those QBs won't get hate like Rodgers does because they don't do what Rodgers does - namely, puts all the attention on himself with these regular interviews he does with Pat McAfee where he routinely says stupid shit. The Manning brothers, Drew Brees, Philip Rivers, these guys didn't get "mob hate" - ask yourself why. Of course all QBs are going to get a certain amount of hate from direct team rivals and their fans but can you picture those QBs I mentioned (or even the current guys you mentioned) screaming "I own you!" to a rival crowd? Lying about being vaccinated and then doubling down on themselves as the target of "cancel culture" and "witch hunts"? Talking up how they could be MVP again? Publicly saying they need to get a certain team at home in the playoffs one of these years only to lay an egg as soon as that scenario unfolds? Describing themselves as "reigning MVP" while their team has a losing record? Other QBs aren't drawing this amount of attention to themselves by saying completely unnecessary stuff all the time. On the MVP thing specifically that prompted this discussion, you say he was just answering a question about his future individual performance but can you really see the QBs you're suggesting for future "mob hate" as answering a question like that? Mahomes? Burrow? Herbert? In what universe are those guys telling Pat McAfee they could be MVP? You're acting like any QB who gets media attention will inevitably be hated by everyone but it's Rodgers' attitude that brings hate - an attitude that other QBs don't display. He brings it on himself.

On suggestions that the NFL is considering making neutral-field conference championships a regular thing going forward - I'll admit to being against it. So teams will fight all season for the #1 seed just so they can host a divisional round game? We'll see if the majority of owners go for it; obviously, they'll make the decision that results in more money for them.
