Obviously not as good as its predecessor, but still a decent sequel, better than the two that followed. Known for giving Neo the ability to fly, Agent Smith the ability to multiply, and the highway scene. ...oh, and for Monica Bellucci in... that dress...

Neo flew at the end of the first one.
When you said "two that followed" I had to think for a moment, as I've already forgotten Resurrections exists. But yeah, I think if Revolutions stuck the landing, this one would be more fondly remembered. It's mostly just setup, worldbuilding, and drawn out wheel spinning while you wait for the ending that is the third film - some of it is fun, but it doesn't add up to much when the the payoff is crap.
