Elsewhere over the weekend, Luton threw away probably their best chance of survival by only drawing at home to Everton; Burnley all but ended their survival dreams; Arsenal and Man City continued winning ways at the top; Forest did their hopes the world of good by seeing off pathetic Sheffield (lack of funds notwithstanding, good riddance to them, you have to say); Chelsea thumped West Ham 5-0 two days before it was officially announced that David Moyes will depart at season end - as if he didn't already know; Euro-wannabes Villa and Tottenham both came up short; and Brentford's Ivan Toney still couldn't find the net in probably the flattest EPL game of 2024 v Fulham.
