So just to keep everything in perspective, like I've been saying WW is a good film, and right in line with most of the MCU films although quite a few are still above it. The fresh meter is a littler higher for two reasons, one of those is people being happy for a female film that isn't garbage, and also some people being pretty desperate for a good DC film and eager to say there finally is one.
So all in all I think that's a realistic perspective and take on it. I think time will wear it down a bit honestly, especially if the rest of the DCU continues to be well below average, and I would make the case that all of the MCU films on level with it are better, but still this seems fair.

I actually enjoyed it more than a decent chunk of the mcu films. Oh I didn't.
The only MCU films I'd say I enjoyed WW more might be Hulk and IM3, and sometimes that might be debatable. I'd watch any of the others way before WW, and honestly, I'll probably never see WW ever again. I have no plans to any way.

I should just point out that the average rating should still technically be a 7.6. The only reason the average rating, as well as the percentage went down is because a review for 'The Mummy' was mistakenly counted against WW. That mistake has been fixed, but for some reason, the average rating and the percentage still haven't adjusted back to a 7.6 and 93% respectively. Just for the record, this isn't me making an excuse. This is the review I'm referring to: www.hypable.com/mummy-movie-review-atrocious/. The one that was mistakenly listed as a WW review.

Which character would win in a fight completely out of any context isn't all that interesting to me honestly.

Wrong Stanton, WW IS the third-best reviewed super hero movie ever, based on an adjusted, weighted (Bayesian) formula: editorial.rottentomatoes.com/guide/50-best-superhero-movies-of-all-time/5/ We will not explain weighted formula to you, it's not as sweet and simple asthat MCU formula you like to suck so much. But you still got to eat it: Wonder Woman is better reviewed than any MCU movie on the world's biggest review aggregate pool. It's only second to the wonderful TDK and the even more equally wonderful Logan. MCU legs behind. Isn't that literally marvelous? With an impressive opening weekend at +$100M in the US this is is by far the most successful female Superhero movie ever - and has even beating her male companions. Super hero origin story films usually do not reach this height at the box office. Last November’s Doctor Strange bowed to $85.1M while the first Captain America and Thor movies debuted to just over $65M each in 2011. Not to speak that it's of course artistically far more satisfying than all these lesser movies put together, there is simply nothing wrong with WW, and if you name something, I would find flaw in your trivial taste rather than the film.

And is top 50 really something to brag about?
Also we aren't discussing financials here, so I don't know why you're bringing it up.

Check the fact, they will enlighten you. editorial.rottentomatoes.com/guide/50-best-superhero-movies-of-all-time/5/Yes, as long as you are top three and get a medal. The other places not so much... Just so that you get the full perspective, and I want you to feel that noose that you are looking through slowly tightening. I always enjoyed to see you suffer.

As it stands, the percentage score for WW should be a 92.6, which rounds up to a 93%. It's currently listed as a 92% though, because they haven't readjusted the score after removing that review for 'The Mummy'.

How many of these threads are you going to make? We get it: you liked it okay, but you still like the MCU better.

I'm talking about the actual ratings the reviews gave it, not the up or down 92 score. That's a 7.5 and very much like most quality comic films. The point being that WW does not stand out as this best of the best, Oscar worthy, top 3 ever type of film. It's pretty good, but let's be realistic.

It looks to me like the average rating is back to being listed as a 7.6. Which doesn't change the point. It's quite in line with a lot of other films.
