One sister may be a more prominent character, perhaps even the protagonist. But that doesn't matter. I'm referring to films whose story is built around the relationships between sisters.
A few I really enjoy:
The Four Daughters (1938) (and all the sequels) Hilary and Jackie (1998) Little Women (1994) The Whales of August (1987) Marvin's Room (1996)
Can't seem to remember more classics. Sorry.
