tpfkar It's a "man" with female genitalia and reproductive organs. That's the definition of confused. I don't know why it's hard to conceive of people's brains not lining up with their sex organs. We're made up of all kinds of physical ranges and in-betweens that we ceaselessly work to direct and constrain socially. AISGender IDENTITY Disorder is the dysphoria (distress) a person experiences as a result of the sex and gender they were assigned at birth. Unlike a hermaphrodite, it's mental. Not physical.

Gender IDENTITY Disorder is the dysphoria (distress) a person experiences as a result of the sex and gender they were assigned at birth. Unlike a hermaphrodite, it's mental. Not physical. You state confidently mental vs. physical even though you have no idea. You don't know what hormone washes they had at what times in their gestation and how their brains and bodies were affected because of it. And I don't know what caps on IDENTITY is supposed to convey. As for the the dysphoria, it's perfectly understandable why some would feel distress at the situation, especially given the significant rejection they still face. AIS
