Boundary for Head. That's what he needs to be doing. Just waiting around not scoring and trying not to get out is not going to work.

Lyon was insanely good yesterday and other two spinners were very disciplined. It was a great innings by Pujara. I think Aussies deserve this victory here. They will win by 7 wickets i think I think so too after a couple of big blows from Head. You put pressure on the bowlers in small chases by scoring runs. Surviving at 1 an over is playing into the bowling side's hands.

That’s it - I’m not watching it anymore.
Australia was prodding, prodding looking nervous.
I drive to work - and bang, it’s 51/1…..

Belated happy 46th birthday to Sir Andrew Strauss, whose charity work made him far more deserving of a knighthood than his former opening partner IMO

First anniversary of Shane Warne's death today which means he died on our 5th wedding anniversary. Going to mass to light a candle for those we've lost. Might as well light one for Warney too! RIP mate. You're greatly missed.

Markram named SA's T20I captain, Bavuma dropped.Although Faf Du Plessis isn't back in the side yet - negotiations are still underway, with the behind-the-scenes winds of change blowing strongly, the South African T20I squad for the three games against the West Indies is a good one.

South Africa have won the toss, chosen to bat are going along spritely at 66 without loss after 14 overs. SA are going to score a lot of runs on this track - no demons and the ball is sitting up nicely. They have a very strong top seven batters for this match, with Tony de Zorzi, Temba Bavuma, Ryan Rickelton, Heinrich Klaasen and Wiaan Mulder to follow the openers. Keshav Maharaj and Simon Harmer are also in the side today. I think the Windies have a long, tough day of chasing leather ahead of them.

Oh my God, Markram has tamely given away his wicket on 96, SA 192 for 2 after 44 overs . De Zorzi on 47 as Temba Bavuma - who scored two ducks in the first test - strides to the wicket with an hour to go until tea.

3 tests on concurrently
In Ahmedabad, Australia had a great Day 1 and are making slow but steady progress on Day 2. 267/4, Khawaja with a fantastic ton on 111*, Green 54*. The pitch looks pretty solid, but is very low and slow. None of the Indian bowlers have really impressed at all.
In Christchurch, Sri Lanka batted well, with contributions right down the order to get to 355. Last session on Day 2, and NZ are tottering a little at 135/4, with a longish tail to come.
In Joburg, RSA batted nicely to get 320, but were well short of what could have been at 278/3. Markram and de Zorzi both falling short of ton (96 and 85) Likewise when bowling, WI were 116/6 and 162/8 but scrambled to 251, with Jason Holder yet again propping up the tail with 81*. Stumps Day 2, RSA 4/0, a lead of 73.

Looking very much like Sri Lanka's WTC final hopes are in their own hands. You'd have to say an Indian win is the least likely of conventional results possible, so if the Lankans sweep NZ they'll have a date with Australia in London.
And I hope there's some well paid idiot "analysts" feeling pretty stupid right now after all the doomsday carry-on following the first test loss and two bad sessions in the second.

Cam Green scores his maiden Test ton, but falls to Ashwin on 114.
Carey then plays an atrocious shot to get out for a duck, and Starc doesn’t hang around long either.
Australia 387/7 - a par score on this pitch I reckon.
Khawaja still there on 165*

“Remember, Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies."
South Africa 62 for three, Markram, Elgar and De Zorsi are all out cheaply, but a resolute looking Temba Bavuma - on 33, and young Ryan Rickelton are at the crease, and I think this going to be their day. Temba's overdue, and Rickelton is chock full of talent and promise. God willing, they can survive to lunch and make merry this afternoon. West Indies, however, will be determined to prove me wrong.

Oh my God, South Africa have wobbled again, West Indies have struck, Rickelton is out on the stroke of lunch. LOL, hope it is Klaasen's day. Or Mulders.
