I dunno, compared to the ACTUAL trolls here I don't think he is one. He's been a bit more fair minded. do you even know how the term troll is defined Yes. A mythical, cave-dwelling being depicted in folklore as either a giant or a dwarf, typically having a very ugly appearance. And before you say anything like "Now you're proving it"...I'm just having a goof on you. Lighten up.

Well, Thor: Ragnarok isn't connected to the other MCU movies because Thor: Ragnarok is an Elseworlds movie. If I had a penny for everytime you got owned I'd have enough for a magic boat.I have a question, I have not seen WW, so I was wondering why you always say "magic boat" and what you mean by that? Thanks!

Thanks! Steve Trevor and Diana somehow made it all the way from Themyscira (the island of the Amazons near Greece) to England in just a few days... with a rowboat.

I once made it from downtown Scranton all the way up to Cinemark in less than ten minutes. While smoking a joint! Anything is possible. You just have to suspend your disbelief. Or get it stoned.

But no, that's a common misconception, it's not derived from the Scandinavian cave/bridge trolls but rather from fishing. In modern English usage, "trolling" may describe the fishing technique of slowly dragging a lure or baited hook from a moving boat to attract and catch fish, whereas "trawling" describes the generally commercial act of dragging a fishing net. And that is what cyber trolling does: attracting attention and provoke reactions. Eg weirdraptor is no troll, he is a bully, brony and a foul mouthed drama queen.

Thanks! As mentioned already..Trevor & Wonder Woman travel from the Med...near Turkey, to the centre of London overnight, in a little sailboat. And completed the journey completely undetected by anyone, during a time of war. DC-Fan claims that the boat has managed this because it is a magic boat, and invisible too (so magic it needs to be towed up the Thames!!!). No indication at all in the film that it is...it was his explanation because Wonder Woman is such a perfect film that it would never have such a continuity/plotting faux pas.

What's even funnier is if the film had stopped for a second to have an exchange like this: Steve Trevor: "We're going from an island just off the coast of Turkey to England... in this?" Diana: "Don't worry, it's a gift from the gods. It'll take where we need to go swifter than you can imagine and no one can stop us." ST: "...Alright then." We'd have totally bought it.

We'd have totally bought it. enter the fanfic writer, that would be a rather awkward deus ex machina solution. The unrealistic shortening of travel times may not be elegant, but it is a well established means of focused storytelling and within the dramatic license. Awkward dialogue setting out lazy god mode solutions makes it worse and shows lack of professionalism. Do you think e.g., Star Wars were better if there was a cheap joke every time they go through hyerspace in minutes, whereas real travel would take millions of years...? Apart from this, if the magic boat is the most prevalent concern in WW, ye movie gods bless this movie...

It is dumb, but, to be fair, it is something that most films do. I always loved the "flying lines" that RAIDERS of the Lost Ark used!

I don't want to start a partisan fanboy fight on here, but I don't remember them flying to Russia in CA:CW, and in CA:TFA, the Valkyrie flew from Germany to ( almost ) New York City in like two minutes!

Yeah, but a film that's a part of a series everyone and their dog has been critical of kind of has to cover its ass.

I don't want to start a partisan fanboy fight on here, but I don't remember them flying to Russia in CA:CW, and in CA:TFA, the Valkyrie flew from Germany to ( almost ) New York City in like two minutes! It was justified in both those films. In CA: TFA, we already know The Red Skull's technology a million miles ahead of the rest of the world. In Civil War, they had the Quinjet, which we already knew a fast, undetectable plane from Age of Ultron.
