She’s got a large block head and annoying voice. Yup, we’re going to have to put up with that for this trilogy and beyond.

Mayhaps Luke will force her to develop a personality.

I was going to say you’re going to have to put up with that for this trilogy and beyond. But you already beat me to it. So I'll just say this: I love me some Daisy Ridley/Rey and it please me that you don't. LOL!

eh, Rey as a character is one of the worst written fanfic characters (Mary Sue writing) I have ever seen in a professional production, just remember "Leia-hugged-First" and Rey-can-do-it-all scenes...horrible writing and execution.
But you seem to talk of the acress? Well I found her acting weak, but she is a rookie. It will be interesting to see whether she abandons her standard facial expression of open-mouth-with-wide-open-eyes and lets go of all these silly faces.
Most Rey fans fascination with the Rey character seems rather hormonally than artistically motivated anyway...

And lest my previous post be misunderstood, I only took exception to the OP talking about her annoying voice. (because how can any red-blooded male not like a female British accent?) As for her looks, I don't really think Ridley is all that attractive. I didn't find Portman all that attractive either, though. I'm not into waifs or girls with butts smaller than mine. Especially ones who are grimy and sweaty for an entire film. I just flat-out like Ridley's acting relative to the other main protagonists we've seen in this franchise.

I'll give you that. But added to which, for me anyway, is the mystery of what is her back story(?)

dude, when I wrote that I foremost had the heavily testosterone-pumped heterosexual in mind who created these immortal words: Reading that "mystery of her back story" gets a very special connotation.

I'm sexually attracted to the actress, and I think there's enough in the character to warrant interest. It's alright, you can call me crazy.

Mayhaps Luke will force her to develop a personality. She has one. She’s a bitch. And Finn is an idiot.

Her voice is sexy AF. I'm not sure I trust a dude who doesn't appreciate a female with a British accent. British accents annoy me. The fact she even screams with a British accent, something I've never seen any other Brit do before, is even more irritating.

I'd like nothing more than to have a hot British girl screaming British filth at me mid-coitus. My wife wouldn't like that because she's Italian, but I'm just spit-balling here.
