Ah, okay. I haven't actually ever heard anyone use the word, in any context, until recently on this website. So MCU kiddies never read Othello? Sure we have, but cuckold isn't a common term anymore.
Just like how most modern readers don't get "Get thee to a Nunnery!"

DC-Fan Yes, but I don't remember every single thing from that play. Also... justanaveragejoe, DC-Fan insulted me again. I point you to his post above.

The word was used in Othello. It was also used in the movie Troy. The other Greek kings called Menelaeus a cuckold.

You know damn well that you used "MCU kiddies" to insult Weirdraptor and to get a fight going. As for the cuck discussion, it's nothing more than a new slang for the alt right assholes to throw around and think they're clever for it.

How much would you bet DC-Fan had to Google where "cuck" has been used outside of its current form and is only pretending to have prior knowledge of it?

This thread is great. It went from discussing Marvel villains to discussing cuckolding.

Seriously man, every time you bring them up it just becomes a huge controversy! Because MCU villains are better than the average supervillain of most movies/shows. So nitpicking on MCU villains seems hypocritical when those same complaints (and many more) can be attributed to majority of other supervillains.

I mean I agree that there are cb movies and TV shows lack good or interesting villains, but MCU, while improving, still had its share of lackluster villains.

What franchise is known for its great villains? Maybe the first two Nolan Batman movies. You don't watch franchise films for the villains, I've never understood this narrative.

Silence, you cuckold! You're ashamed of Shakespeare! Get thee to a nunnery!
