After seeing tonight's show, my question is how much longer does Sheldon remain in high school before becoming a full time college student? Him and Georgie are both in their junior year of high school now.
God bless you always!!!

Tonight's show was good. I loved watching Sheldon bowl. God bless you always!!! Holly P.S. When George. Jr. told his teacher to be happy that she didn't have to live with Sheldon, I thought to myself, "Georgie, you may live with the boy, but do keep in mind that you do have a room of your own to come home to. Why Missy isn't the one to have her own room with her being the only girl is the mystery in my opinion.

Last night's show was really good. What Dr. Sturgis did about his relationship with MeMaw did not surprise me. In my opinion, Missy had the best question to ask him about his mental facility experience. Sheldon's question for his mom was a good one too which leads me to one of my own. Has it ever been said what happened with her dad? Was he sick or in an accident?
God bless you always!!!

Last night's show was awesome! I loved the story line for George Jr. and I loved Mr. Cooper hanging with MeMaw's new flame. Missy, Missy, Missy, I was on her side for once, but she still doesn't know everything yet. To me, when the Dixie Chicks started making fun of her, she should've smiled at them and said, "If you want a guy to come to you, you may have to go to them first by being one with them!" Also in my opinion, when the pitcher sent her them two messages, the best one to write in return would've been a high fly ball right up out of that park and then she could've smiled and said, "If there is anything else that you want to let me know, speak now or forever hold that peace of yours." God bless you always!!! Holly

Last night's show was good! I do have a few questions though. What will the high school principal do when it really does come time for Sheldon to graduate? Also with Sheldon being in the educational situation that he has been in all of this time, why wasn't the key to that restroom given to him sooner?
God bless you always!!!
Holly
P.S. Right me if I am wrong, but shouldn't Sheldon already be eleven years old as of this past March?

Tonight's show was good. I am glad that Billy and Sheldon were left alone. To me, their friendship should not be compromised because their mothers can't get along with each other. Not that I miss her, but I can't help but wonder if Billy's sister will ever be shown again. I know that she was played by the twins who eventually scored their current role as Amy and Emma from the show named Single Parents, but yeah, its now like their Young Sheldon character never once existed in the first place.
God bless you and the girls always!!!

Tonight's show was good, but I wish that we could've seen if Missy and George Jr. were punished for their negative influence.
God bless you always!!!

P.S. I love Dr. S. and I am glad that MeMaw defended him. She has to know that the only reason why he dumped her is because he doesn't want his mental issue to be on her plate.

I just now saw last night's new episode at the CBS website. After seeing how Boyd from the Last Man Standing show feels about his conception, I hope that George Jr. from this show doesn't know too much about how his own coming about took place. If that boy had witnessed the meltdown that his mother had in front of the preacher, it would've taken all that I have in me not to slug her! I will never be a cheerleader for abortion, but in my opinion, if the child is going to remain in the picture, there had better be some kind of positive attitude out of the parents because no child should ever feel like they are nothing but in the way of someone else's life, especially the lives of their parents!!!
God bless you always!!!

Because my other current favorite sitcom is on when this one is, I had to watch the newest episode of this show later. I normally don't care for Paige and I definitely wanted to slap her for putting her stolen loot in there with Sheldon's things, but when her heart to heart with Sheldon happened, I will admit that I wanted to put my arms around her. To me, her parents need their heads knocked together. They may not be husband and wife anymore, but that doesn't mean that their role as parents have come to an end too. Therefore, Paige and her sister should be the top priority instead of their mother's new smoking habit and whatever their dad is up to now.
Another person who in my opinion is in sheer and severe need of an attitude adjustment is Mr. Cooper. I've heard it said that pride is a sin. Well, to me, being like that most definitely doesn't set the right example. Because of his dad's frame of mind, George Jr. might not be so quick anymore to help those who need it which is what Mr. Cooper wanted Jr. to do from the very beginning anyway. He wanted Jr. to make himself useful where cutting the grass was concerned, right? Well when Jr. notices something else that needs attention and tries to do what he can, instead of being proud of having himself a helpful son, Mr. C. responds in the WRONG prideful way! I have three words for anyone who is like that: E FREAKING NOUGH!!!
I read at another website that country singer Reba McEntire will be in an upcoming episode of this show. She will be a former interest of the man that MeMaw is now going with.
God bless you and Reba always!!!

God bless you always!!! Holly I have never seen Last Man Standing, but I think you might be reading too much into one fictional character's behavior to assume another's; or for that matter your interpretation of Mary's story. Don't get me wrong, there are no doubt some who probably would react negatively to learn that type of circumstance related to their conception or why their parents got married, but definitely not everyone. I mean, by the 2nd or 3rd grade I had worked out that my birthday was only about 7 months after my parent's wedding; and I just found it amusing. By all accounts they were already planning to get married when they did and me technically being there was a coincidence, but even if that was a motivating factor, I wouldn't give a shit. Sure, if I felt like there was resentment directed at me for that, my opinion might be different, but even in spite of Mary's story in that episode, there's no indication that either she or George Sr have ever made Georgie feel like he's been an undue burden on them or that they regret having him, their marriage or subsequently Sheldon and Missy; and that's an important part of this whole equation. Mary wasn't upset that she married George or had Georgie, she was lamenting that circumstances meant not having the trappings that go with the wedding; the sentimentality of getting to dress up, walk down the aisle at her church and everything else that goes with it.

Therefore, Paige and her sister should be the top priority instead of their mother's new smoking habit and whatever their dad is up to now. I mean, yeah, some people need some objectivity when they're going through something like a divorce to ensure that other people, like their children, aren't adversely affected, but come on, smoking does not preclude one from making their child a priority. It's a stupid habit and it boggles the mind that anyone that anyone would bother with it, and it arguably sets a bad example, but it's not like she's getting drunk and passing out or something. There are other issues with the way both of Paige's parents are handling their divorce, but that's not one of them. What??? That....no...no... I don't even know where to start with this one. No one should feel obligated to accept anything from anyone for any reason, unless they want to. It's not pride, it's called free will. It's George Sr.'s prerogative to not want to accept his son's money to fix the AC in his truck; just as it would be someone's prerogative to turn down accepting welfare just because they qualify. If they can get by without, there's no reason to accept help if it's not wanted. Sure, pride can get in the way of someone accepting something they needed; say George Sr. and Mary were in a position where they were going to be short on something essential, like their utility bill or mortgage or something and Georgie offered to help make up the difference. That'd be different, but even then the benefit would be for George Sr. not letting pride inflict unnecessary hardship on him or his family. As a member of that family, Georgie would have the indirect benefit of avoiding said hardship, but it still wouldn't have anything to do with demonstrating some token lesson of philanthropy. It's just as important, if not arguably more so, to teach children that sometimes "no" is an acceptable answer and to respect that. When it comes to encouraging generosity, there should be no precondition that being generous is only worthwhile if the offer of help is accept. It is a much more valuable lesson not to be deterred from offering help, if an offer is turned down.

^^^ To me, Mr. Cooper not having an issue with Sheldon being the one who does the family's taxes only makes him even more of a hypocrite. If he doesn't want help from one child, why is it no problem that he gets help from another? Perhaps he should be at H&R block paying out the ying yang instead!
God bless you always!!!

Holly Free will? He can make his own decisions and accepting help from one doesn't mean he has to accept help from all; especially since the two offers don't yield the same benefit. On the one hand, you have preparing tax filings, which itself can either yield a return or bill; and Sheldon can optimizing the chances of the former and minimizing the latter. This is arguably more in line with my other example of helping with a utility bill or mortgage or buying groceries; taxes aren't a luxury he can make do without, whereas not having working AC in your truck is. It might be nice to have working AC in your vehicle, but you can get by without it; and it's George Sr.'s prerogative to decide to go without it. He's obligated to get his taxes done and do them right, he's not obligated to get his AC fixed.

^^^ With Mr. Cooper's health being the way that it is, perhaps a well working AC is important enough. The man has already been through one heart attack and according to what I have learned from Big Bang Theory viewers, the man goes forward when Sheldon and Missy are 13. Their 13th birthday will be in March during the next season that will begin this fall. Will Mr. Cooper meet his end before thar season does?
God bless you always!!!

Last night's show was good! Missy should be glad that she remains on that ball team considering how she chose to get her track record going. I wish that at the end of the show Sheldon had let her know about his "trap" that she so willingly walked into and the smile on Georgie's face while in the RV listening to the three stooges cluck not to mention what he choose to drink and eat is the cherry on top of the ice cream for me. God bless you always!!! Holly P.S. Has it ever been said why Connie's husband is no longer around? To me she should be glad that other people still consider her to be worth the attention because its better than being ignored completely, but I will admit that I felt for her when she went to where his name is.
