I think they will. Just like they slowly colonized all of Earth.
We will build a space station on the moon. And more space stations in space. Possibly 2 or 3 between Earth and Mars. And then on Mars.
The asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter is supposedly rich with natural resources. Countries and companies will mine those resources.
Eventually, that is how man will get to the next solar system and galaxy. By building space stations outside our solar system. And eventually outside our galaxy. That combined with faster space ships, space ships capable of supporting life, and planets we colonize, we will go farther and farther.
What do you think?

I think its possible that Humans may colonize the moon and maybe Mars but i don`t think Humans will ever colonize anything beyond Mars.

Depends on what you mean by colonize?
Do you mean turn the planet or moon into a livable habitat? Or do you mean put a base there? Those are two very different things and both are considered "colonizing".
So...
Turn into living habitats? Probably only Mars. It at least has some building blocks to work with. other places not so much.
Colonize? Tons of things in the solar system can take a base being built on it. Or for that matter entire cities. In that sense I think the solar system will be teeming with human life... one day.

Yes but i don`t think humans will ever colonize the moons of Jupiter. If we last another century we'll definitely have the ability to fly there. I doubt we'll ever leave the solar system though. I think we will leave the solar system. By building bases (space stations) further and further out.

I mean put a base their that people con live in. Then: Tons of things in the solar system can take a base being built on it. Or for that matter entire cities. In that sense I think the solar system will be teeming with human life... one day.

And if man can build space stations, that is how they will eventually get to the next solar system (unless they can come up with a faster mode of travel).

I think that there will be colonies elsewhere in the solar system and even in other stars but it's questionable whether they'll be colonized and run by humans, robotic human descendants or machines. I believe that we have the ability to reach other stars but depending on whether faster than light technology is developed and whether there's any other species or alien AIs competing for the same places it's rather uncertain how far we'll get. All that being said, it's probably going to be difficult to generate energy in the outer solar system for a long period of time unless say there's one moon where the energy is generated and the colonists live somewhere safer. I wonder if there's a way to focus large amounts of solar radiation from closer to the sun to further out in order to give energy to the colonists further out.

How about just building space stations farther and farther out in space toward other stars? I imagine that there will be some space stations but again, they need a power source. Personally, I'm not sure how long in practice space stations will last. At the very least you should have at least two space stations so that there's one to live in while you're repairing the other one. My thoughts are that if something goes wrong it's much better to be on the surface of a planet or a large rocky moon than in a space station. Space stations have to be under constant maintenance, they're small, and any number of accidents could immediately cause a disaster. There are advantages, like earth level gravity, and for that matter, the lack of gravity in special sectors of the station which you can't get on a planet's surface. There are many advantages of space stations but in my view, they're for explorers and the hardiest of people. There's no denying their utility but if there's a choice between a space station and a planet with at least .6 Earth gravity, I'd probably choose the planet.

Absolutely not. Many people are excited about the future potential of the space program. Oh, I know. But we agreed that Feologild Oakes and NewtJorden were overly pessimistic. Like who peed in their coffee? I pee in my own coffee well tea as i don`t drink coffee. And just for the record i am not dismissing the possibility. I just think its unlikely i think its more likely that we will send androids or maybe cyborgs out to planets or moons beyond Mars.

But they would be followed by humans. Just like Mars.
