Have people on this board really not realized by now that a certain mental midget is too limited in her cognitive abilities to understand what anybody is saying? This is someone who frequently "supports" her claims by citing things that state the exact opposite of what she claims.

No. Their theology is from the same source, the bible. They reject the message of Christ, but they clearly believe in Christ and in God, and they chose the theology espoused in the bible of Satan. The dictionary definition shows that I am correct, they follow the teachings of Christianity. If you are going to assert that I am wrong, please provide evidence to back your stance. Okay: Here's where you are exactly wrong: " I the Lord, Am your God. You shall have no other gods besides Me; You will not make unto a graven image;" Since theistic satanists worship the Devil or devils, they reject the One True God, hence are not Christians. And that is where you are exactly wrong as they have to be Christians and believe in the One True God to reject him and chose to follow the CHRISTIAN entity Satan. Satanists ARE following the Christian religion, they must believe in the Christian religion to reject the Christian God.

Yes... But.. To REJECT Christ.... to directly oppose him... One has to believe that Christ exists and what Christ is according to Christianity's definition. It takes more than belief. One has to also WORSHIP & LOVE Him too. Satanists (both the atheistic kinds & theistic kinds) hate Christ. Okay... I see that we've hit the wall here.

It's kind of painful really isn't it? I am tempted to ask next what theology (s)he? thinks satanists follow, like where it comes from.

Just to throw another wrench in the works, to be a Blakean Satanist/Christian would be someone who accepted/followed both Satan and Christ but rejected the OT God. To Blake the OT God was the equivalent of state/government tyrants that tried to make laws and control everyone, and part of that control meant damning man's basic instincts (represented by Satan). Christ, OTOH, represented the artist that also rebelled against the "leaders" of his day and was closest to the artist who told the truth in the form of stories and parables. Satan and Christ would only conflict in certain areas depending on how you read the text, but to Blake the OT God was far more in conflict with both of them than they were with each other.

But, Atheists, Jews, Wiccans, Hindus, etc. don't worship a person from The Christian Bible.
Do you not see that in order to worship Satan - FROM THE BIBLE - that they have to accept The Bible as real: They accept the existence of God. They accept that Jesus is the son of God.
Do you see that they are just choosing not to worship them.... but, instead, choose to worship another person FROM THE BIBLE?

That was my initial thought. I always thought "real Satanism" was secular humanism per the "real Satanists" like LaVey. I once dated a girl who had the Satanic Bible. I started reading it because I thought it would be all evil and cool with secret spells and whatnot. Boy was I disappointed! "real satanism" is as hard to define as "real Christianity", LaVeyan Satanists are humanists, rejecting theism of all sorts, but there are theistic satanists who follow the teachings of the bible and worship the Satan they find in that theology. Like the ones who partake in ritual abortions? Yes, I know, it takes all kinds.

Do you see that they are just choosing not to worship them.... but, instead, choose to worship another person FROM THE BIBLE? It's not as simple as that, Vegas. To belong to a certain religion, one must worship the God of said religion. Not just believe in Him - WORSHIP Him. Eg: I do not believe in Shiva, but, even if I did, as a Christian, I REJECT him. A person might accept certain stories or people from other religions' scriptures as being true. Doesn't mean that you are going to accept the deities of those religions are true or worthy of your worship. We all know that the city of Troy was a real place, & that it was destroyed in a war. Doesn't mean that we all believe in & accept Zeus, Hera, Athena, Ares, etc.

www.apnews.com/281d69cf054f415e97df01fef9892cc8/'Satanic'-group-signs-up-for-trash-program So they're not REALLY satanists.... and they're participating in a voluntary program that doesn't actually conflict with the notion of a secular government. March of the fedoras. It seems to me that even the satanist groups that aren't really satanist groups are just adults experiencing their teen rebellion years a little late in the game. Isn't Satanism a variation of Judeo/Christian religion? I do like their 'test'. An offshoot, I guess. Though these folks don't believe in the figure, religious or not, they're just using the term "satan" to pop that extra glossy feather in their fedora of edginess. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for separation of church and state, but volunteering for a state program doesn't interfere with that notion. These guys remind me of the atheist dude years ago who reserved all the display space in his town square for Christmas deco, put up some sort of secular display then left the rest empty so no one else could use it. Asshats.

You are 100% wrong. This is a circular argument now, my point is clearly proven, thanks for trying though.

You, & everyone else who have said that satanists are Christian are the ones who are 100% wrong. They are their own religion. It's not just the belief in Christ, that makes a person a Christian. It is the worship of Him, that makes one a Christian. Yes, the afore-mentioned atheists, Jews, Wiccans, etc. do reject the Lord Jesus, precisely because of their disbelief in Him. When people choose to undergo persecution, & even martyrdom, rather than convert to a religion, & worship a God they do not believe in, then it means that they are rejecting Him. Way back, when I used to post on the religion message forums on Yahoo.com, there were Christians that used to take over the message forums, of a lot of the message forums of the Jews, Hindus, atheists, etc. Naturally, all these people would get angry, as Yahoo.com gave far more message forums to discuss Christianity, than for all the other religious groups. I distinctly remember on the Jewish forums, some of the Jewish posters would tell the Christian proselytizers that they (the Jewish posters) "proudly reject your Triple God. Your God is an idol to us,..." etc.

You, & everyone else who have said that satanists are Christian are the ones who are 100% wrong. Okay.... seriously... one... last... fcking time... Nobody is saying that Satanists are Christians... Just that YOU HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE TO CHRISTIANITY TO BE A SATANIST WHO BELIEVES IN THE CHRISTIAN DEVIL. It's really not that hard of a concept to grasp. Try it this way: The Patriots aren't The Eagles... but both teams play the same game by the same rules.. ....except that the Patriots cheat. It's all fcking football.
