Satan comes from the Bible , theistic satanist believe what is written in the bible and believe in Jesus and God, they are Christian. I can tell you have not looked at the satanic bible, you are as clueless about that as you are about this. Satanists hate the Holy Bible. Rock singer Marilyn Manson, whose target fans happen to be satanists, used to invite them (his fans) to bring Bibles to his concerts, & tear the up & burn them (probably still does)!!! Oh, & for the record, I don't even care about what the satanic bible is all about. Satanists know what they know about Satan from the bible because they follow the religion espoused in the bible. And yes I am completely aware that your ignorance on the topic is a choice on your part.

Well.... Sure... There is a whole spectrum of colors on The Stupid Rainbow... But.. I thought we were discussing your average everyday cookie cutter "I worship Satan!! Shout at the beast!! 666!! 666!!" morons... which really aren't smart enough to read about other global religions.

I can tell you have not looked at the satanic bible, you are as clueless about that as you are about this. According to Wiki, she is kinda sorta almost maybe half right! Yeah I press x to doubt, if they are really Satanists, they worship the Satan from the holy bible, if they are dark pagans , or occultists they are often not worshiping Satan (Depending a bit on the cult, but pagans by definition do not believe in Satan) Just to be clear I am sure there are a number of "theistic satanists' who worship a pre-christian Satan, or some perversion of the all (although there is a good argument that is an early Christian belief), but if they are not worshiping the actual Satan from the bible, that is to say the entity Satan, then they are really not satanists. Don't get me wrong, I know it is hard to call them Christians and that they reject Christianity, but a person who worships the Christian concept of Satan (which is the implied topic) shares the same religion as a person who worships the Christian concept of God.

Yeah I mean it is a good point, Satanism now pretty much covers every black magic type person, but in the context I figured it was pretty obvious we were talking about the Satanists that worship the Satan from the bible.

Here we go... 1) Do Devil worshippers acknowledge the existence of The Biblical God? 2) Do Devil worshippers acknowledge the existence and divinity of Jesus? 3) Who would Devil worshippers say that Jesus is? They acknowledge the Existence Of the Christian God, yes. However, they REJECT HIM!!!! They HATE God!!!! Devil worshippers would say that the Lord Jesus Is the Son Of God, but, they HATE HIM. Therefore, they are not Christian. They are anti-christian!!!!Capiche...?

They completely REJECT the very religion that is espoused in the Bible, because they reject the Very God Who Is the Central Figure of the Bible. And the only one who is being ignorant here, is YOU. Satanism is ANTI-CHRISTIANITY. It is not Christianity.

The rejection may make you say oh, these people are not Christians, but the fact is that they belong to the same religion, they use the same books and believe in the same entities. Perhaps it is wrong to call satanists christian, but it is correct to say that Satanism is a sect of Christianity.

Just because a person believes in God-even the Christian God-does not mean that they themselves are Christian. No, Satanism is not a sect of Christianity. Jehovah's Witnesses are a sect of Christianity; Mormonism is a sect of Christianity. Satanism, however IS NOT.

Like fans of the Twilight book series have "Team Edward" vs. "Team Jacob"? Yeah pretty much. Like any religion that has two or more godlike figures, the followers are all a part of the same religion, they may worship different entities within that religion, but they are still a part of the same religion

I think that you're being a tad too literal with your answer. The point that other people are making is that "Satanism" is a part of Christianity, in as much that it is based on Christianity's realm of belief. Sure.. It's "ANTI-CHRISTIANITY"... because it takes Christianity as it's basis for belief system. They are basically Christians who choose the other side. No, it is not part of Christianity. To be a satanist is to complete REJECT Christ. No, IT ISN’T! I can’t tell if you are being intentionally dense here, or if you are genuinely unable to comprehend basic logic. To be a Satanist (theistic) is to reject Christ as one’s personal SAVIOR, but to believe in God and accept Christ as his only begotten Son based on biblical teachings! That means they are practicing the religion of Christianity in some aspect, and are therefore “Christian” on that basis. They may not be the kinds of Christians you are, and they certainly don’t follow traditional Christian theology as a follower of Christ. But they do believe in the theology and engage in practices based on it. Having said that, most Satanists are not of the theistic variety. In fact this sect is so rare that I’ve never actually heard on one in real life (although I’m sure they must exist somewhere). Theistic Satanism is just as illogical (actually more so) than traditional Christianity. The more known version of Satanism are the atheistic Satanists who do not believe in the bible or Satan.

No. Just no. To be a satanist means to reject Christ, plain & simple. Choosing the Devil, means rejecting the Almighty. Satanism is NOT Christianity!!!!

Can't you see that because the 'cast of characters' is the same that Theistic Satanism is rooted in the same core source? ie Christianity and the Bible? Would it help if we said 'Theistic Satanism' is Christianity gone wrong? and is evil? Just because it exists doesn't reflect on your own religion, Clusium. Yes, its proponents reject Jesus and worship/whatever Satan, so it is fair enough to acknowledge that it is a demonic twisted branch of the Christian idea if not their ideals. It is kind of reverse, as was said in the Wiki article I posted on your behalf.
