The only two films involving Mental illness that i know of are;
What Ever Happened To Baby Jane (1962)
Jane Hudson resents her sister Blanche being in the limelight and mentally and physically abusive towards her. There are also scenes where Jane regresses into a child-like state and sings the song she sang as a little girl on the stage.
One Who Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest(1975)
Randall MacMurphy is a criminal, who pleads insanity to get committed to a mental hospital because he thinks he'll have an easier time in there. He sees the residents being abused by nurse Ratched and goes through ECT treatment

I prefer TLD. I liked the Cold War plot. I liked the humour as well, where Bond and Kara Milovy, cross the Austrian border on a cello case. I liked the irritated look on Bond's face, when Kara makes him go back for her cello.
LTK is just a movie length episode of Miami Vice. The OTT violence is too much for a Bond film. It makes it seem like a generic actioner and because of the violence, it pushed the age certificate to a 15, alienating most of the audience.

I like how the film is set in only one setting. It gives the film a claustrophobic feel and adds to the suspense. Alan Rickman is excellent as Hans Gruber. He is very suave and cunning. I liked the part where Hans pretends to be an American office worker, but blows his cover as he speaks German into the walkie talkie. Nice to see Andreas Wisniewski pop up as one of the terrorists. His death produces one of the most iconic quotes in the DH franchise.
Great score from Michael Kamen. The twangy Spanish guitar when McClane see the girlie calendar was a nice touch
Reginald Veljohnson is great as Sgt Al Powell. I liked how he shot a child and has been unable to shoot anyone again, adds a layer to his character. The banter between Powell and the store cashier was hilarious! I liked that Powell was funny at times, without changing the tone of the film.

The Living Daylights (1987)
Roger Moore has hung up his holster, so it's time for a new Bond, in the form of Timothy Dalton. I like TLD, because it's a great cold war plot, with several 00 agents being murdered and the blame is bein put on the new head of the KGB, Puskin and Bond is sent to kill him.
Jeroen Krabbe is great as the double-crossing Georgi Koskov, Maryam D'abo is great as the naiive Kara Milovy, the film's Bond girl. Andreas Wisniewski is terriffic as Necros (even if he is a Red Grant clone.). Joe Don Baker, plays a good villain. He's great as Brad Whittaker. A solier expelled from the army and spends his days re-enacting battles in his war room.
Great score from John Barry! Sad that this was his final Bond film. Not a fan of the theme song from A-Ha.
9/10

Casino Royale (1967) is one of the worst films i have ever seen! Different directors have different styles of shooting, which meajt that the film was all over the place because the film had 5 of them.

I never had a problem with bullying when i was at school. It was when i was at college. I have a disability, so it made me an easy target. It was the sports people who'd do it. Insults, sayijg they wouldn't be seen dead with me. Apparentely, being seen with a disabled person, is shameful! If i'd use the lift, they couldn't get away fast enough. I even heard on person say that tney hate people in wheelchairs. It could happen to them someday!
It was those people with a superiority complex that would bully.
It's brave of people here to share thier stories. Well done!

On Deadly Ground (1994)A decent Steven Segal actioner. It has an environmental theme, so it's a bit preachy at times. The bit where Taft's colleague is tortured to death with a pipe cutter, made me cringe. Michael Caine plays a decent villain. I will have to see this one soon, as it has been some time now, I remember Caine as the villain and the whole hilarious preach scene where Seagal, after killing off several people, decides to save the planet or something like that, and it seems like both his fans and critics labels it as the one that more or less "killed" his short period as a big time action star. But I enjoyed Fire Down Below (1997), which had a similar natural enviroment message, then he went real deep down with the terrible The Patriot (1998). He directed it himself as well. I enjoy watching the Under Siege sequel. It seems like a buddy action comedy sometimes, with Ryback's sidekick cracking off one liners. I prefer Jordan Tate in the first film. She's terrifired at the prospect of shooting someone. But she overcomes this when she kills the Irish terrorist. She had a vulnerablility about her, whereas Morris Chestnut's character, was cocky. I guess people have different ways of coping in a crisis.

I don't eat cereal anymore. I loved eating Cocoa Pops though. I'd pour the milk so that some of the cereal is dry, for different textures. The milk washes the chocolate off the cereal and makes a nice drink afterwards.

Found two more Canadians to go on this thread. Austin Willis, who played Mr Simmons in Goldfinger. Cec Linder was the second actor to play Felix Leiter in the film.

Yvonne Shima played Sister Lily in Dr No. John Vernon played the mayor of San Francisco in Dirty Harry. Thanks for the suggestions. I have the great John Vernon already. Yvonne Shima I did not have. Can't find any information on here anywhere, is she still alive? There isn't any more information on Yvonne Shima available. Her bio on imdb states that she's Japanese Canadian and that's it. She's not worked since the 60's.

What about Tee Hee, from Live And Let Die? I find him to be eccentric, the way he chuckles to himself all the time. I liked it when he gave Bond a tour of the crocodile farm and he tells Bond how he lost his arm to Old Albert. Julius Harris was great in the role. One of my favourite 70's Bond Henchmen

Way Of The Dragon. I liked the plot, with Tang Lung going to Rome to help his friend save her restaurant from gangsters. I liked the fish out of water aspect of Tang Lung's character. He doesn't understand the ettiquette, which i find endearing. The villains are great. I think i like Mr Ho the best. He's a very camp villain and i liked the bit where he's contacting Chuck Norris's character on the phone. ("Yeees! Amer-i-CA!") He brings some comic relief to the film. The plot twist is excellent. I didn't expect for Mr Wong to be in league with the gangsters because he needed the money to go to Hong Kong and look after a sick relative. The theme music was great as well.

The John Cork commentaries for the Sean Connery Bond films are composed of interviews from years ago, which is understandable as a lot of the cast and crew have died. Not sure if it's the accent, but i find his commentaries pleasant to listen to.
I'll try and think of some more and post them here soon.

I like both Ferris Beuller's Day Off and TBC. I think we can all relate to Ferris. We've all wagged school at some point or other. Ferris comes across as a sociopath for most of the movie, but i like how he taught Cameron to stand up to his strict dad. Jennifer Grey is great as his sister. She resents Ferris, but helps save him from being caught in the end. TBC is a talky film, but i like the message it has, that you shouldn't put people in boxes and learn to appreciate people for who they are. Paul Gleason is great as Vernon. He's great at playing pricks. I think you are reading way too much into this. He's just a slacker who wants to have a good time and at times has a tendency to be selfish. Maybe sociopath is the wrong word to describe him. You are right in saying that he can be selfish. He took Cameron's dad's car for a joyride, despite Cameron's protests. But there's is good in him. He taught Cameron to enjoy life and have fun and as i've explained, he also taught Cameron to stand up to his dad. One scene i don't buy, is when Ferris is running back home and he's running right next to his dad's car! How did his dad not recognise him? Seems a bit far fetched.
