The greatest soap ever for me. Some very dodgy acting at times, but also some very good acting from some of the main cast, particularly Val Lehman as top dog Bea Smith. It was never the same after she left in episode 400, but it picked up again towards the end with the introduction of Rita Conners. All 692 episodes are on youtube. Loved the scene in the first episode, where Vinegar Tits taunts Franky Doyle with that cigarette. Franky Doyle was a brilliant character, despite only appearing in 20 episodes. Carol Burns, played her brilliantly.

The Breakfast Club (1985) I think it's a great film. I like that there's a message in the film, in that you shouldn't stereotype people and put them in boxes, based on status/wealth etc.
The cast are great. I liked Paul Gleason. I think he plays a great prick.

Sean Connery. His introduction in Dr No, is one of the most iconic scenes of the series

Death Lends A Hand is know for that effect where the camera zooms in on Robert Culp's glasses, after he kills Lenore and the glasses show him cleaning up the scene in both lenses. I'm nnot keen on the effect because it was hard to follow and it came across as the director showing off.

In Diamonds Are Forever; Blofeld told Bond (who was using a voice changer to impersonate Bert Saxby.) to kill Willard Whyte at his summer house. When Bond gets to the house, the REAL Bert Saxby is there.
It wasn't him, Blofeld was talking to. It was Bond, impersonating him. So why is the real Saxby there?

Brilliant film! The fight with Cooke is one of my favourite fights in the film.
"These guys eat too much red meat!"
Bennett is a great baddie. It's probably unintentional, but it always makes me laugh when he vaults that fence, when he chases after Jenny in the finale.

There is a thread on AJB007, about the IMDB forums closing down. I've mentioned this site on there. Hopefully, this will help bring in new members

Wasn't there a Bond movie in the 1970s where he drives a car on two wheels into a narrow alley, then exits the alley on two wheels on the opposite side? That is, he entered on the two right wheels and exited on the two left wheels, or maybe it the other way around. Yes. That happened in Diamonds Are Forever. Ages since i've seen it though.

The villain always puts the hero in an elaborate trap and he/she doesn't bother checking to see if the hero has been killed by the trap.

When May Day skydives from the Eiffel Tower, you can see the launch platform on the top of the tower.

I've only seen What Ever Happened To Baby Jane, but it's a fantastic film! The scene with Jane beating up Blanche, when she catches her trying to call for help, is one of the most scariest scenes in film.

I'll keep my IMDB account. They said that they are bringing out new features in 2017. Whether this is a new format of the message boards, or something else entirely, we'll see. I occasionally review films. I've done 3, so far.

The IMDB boards may be gone, but at least we can come on here to talk about film related topics.

Anyone remember the Two Fat Ladies? Used to like watching them. They had great chemistry on screen and were very entertaining. Ainsley Harriott is hilarious! "Yeah bwoi!" I love his enthusiasm too. I don't care for poncey Tv chefs, though. The ones that make dishes using ingredients out of an average person's budget.

Margot Robbie is gorgeous. Thought she looked great in Neighbours and Wolf Of Wall Street.

Xenia Onatopp from Goldeneye I love how she goes way too over the top sometimes which makes the character a bit of a parody. I loved how Famke had fun with this part and didn't take her seriously. Think Famke had an absolute ball playing her! Love the scene where she squeezes the life out of the admiral, during sex. Her scenes with Pierce were great too.
