Anybody's guess is as good as the last and next one. Gunn completed his draft for GOTG Vol. 3 and was assigned to develop an outline of sorts for phase four's cosmic titles a year ago last I checked. Looks like MCU Dictator Kevin Feige is going to have to cancel GotG3 and the Cosmic MCU. That's what he gets for hiring a pedophile. So true! 
What do you think another production company would "get" if they hired someone who was fired for being a pedophile?  |

It shows Disney is not dependent on the filmmakers. Cogs in the wheel. I bet he is a pedo though. if you make dozens of public pedo-prone comments, entertain friendly discussions with known pedophiles, and even link to pedo material, it cannot be entirely excluded that you too have a propensity for pedophilia. Even though that does not mean that you lived it out with real children, but in many jurisdictions the former is already a punishable offence. There may be more to come for Mr Gunn than reputational infamy. Anyway, the man is a liability and ticking time bomb for a company dealing with family orientated products. Just as well no families are interested in watching Suicide Squad 2 then.  |

Gunn completed his draft for GOTG Vol. 3 But if MCU uses Gunn's script for GotG 3, then they'll be required by Writer's Guild to credit Gunn for the script. Does MCU really want to credit a pedophile for their script, especially since MCU fans stay through the credits to watch the post-credit scene? Yeah, imagine that.
Still......at least he wasn't going to get the directors credit, huh?  |

I say YES. ANd not only should James Gunn be fired, but also MCU Dictator Kevin Feige should also b e fired for hiring the scumbag in the 1st place. It's not like these were new tweets. These tweets were made years ago so Feige should've done a better job of vetting and should've been aware of what a scumbag Gunn was. Feige failed to do his job and hired a scumbag so Feige should be fired too. Yeah, you are absolutely right, of course.
I have heard some people offer the excuse that these Tweets were made years ago and nobody at Disney knew about them. It is possible, I guess. I mean, it's not like they hired him like a couple of months after he wrote them and EVERYONE was aware of what he said. That excuse doesn't work for me though.  Luckily, I don't believe any big production company would be stupid enough to hire him ever again. |

Just saw that petition and you know what? I say he should be rehired. Fuck the hypothetical conservatives! I'm sick and tired of these assholes acting like their shit don't stink. That Mike Cernovich dude who kicked off the hornets nest? Turns out he made his own disturbing tweets in the past. Where's the outrage for this, cons? Gunn was tweeting about the rape of children and also tweeted that he laughs at people who have AIDs. That scumbag Gunn never should've been hired to make kiddie MCU movies and should not be re-hired. And MCU Dictator Kevin Feige should also be fired for hiring such a scumbag in the 1st place.  |

It's looking like the backlash has begun. It's despicable that so many MCU fans are supporting a pedophile scumbag like Gunn. If you had a kid in elementary school and your kid's teacher tweeted about how he likes to rape young kids, you'd want the school to fire that teacher. 2. How do I feel on WB hiring James "Eagel snatches kid is what I call getting lucky" Gunn....? I think it's a major strategic mistake:
a: James "Did you create a penis" Gunn is a hack who - other than his peedo-peers Singer & Polansky - never created something close to a masterwork (he is over 50 already). Let's be honest here. The people who are really upset about this and vehemently defending Gunn are only doing that because they like his politics and the marvel universe. If he was a Republican or involved with the DC universe, those very same people would be calling for his head. Why do you think so many celebrities stood up for him? Because that town leans left.
That being said, there's a good chance that all the DC fans on this board or pretending to be outraged by his comments would be defending him if he was one of their guys; just like they defend their crappy movies.
