5 years till MCU xmen, ha. Makes sense they wouldnt do it earlier because they wouldnt be able to escape Foxs superior shadow so they needed time for it to settle. Unlike when they rebooted Spiderman or Hulk pretty much straight away. Or get the taste out of people mouth. It'll take that long for people to hopefully forget Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix.
Also, you guys do know that not making X-men and Fantastic 4 titled movies doesn't mean they can't put the characters in other movies, right? They can put Xavier in a movie before he opens the school and not make it an X-men movie. They can put Reed Richards as a normal scientist adventurer before he goes off into space. They can use any of their villains or side characters. There is nothing to say that a Shi'ar can't be in Guardians 3. Or mentioning Galactus in The Eternals.
So they waited for long time to get bad taste of ASM2 out of peoples mouths right?
Doubt theyd put in indivudual X-universe characters. Unless if Apocalypse or Selene appear in Eternals story which would be interesting i think. Reed Richards would be very plausible as hes a natural bridge because of his non-mutantcy.

Somoan heritage. Hes not white is the point, he has mixed ethnicity Fair enough. And I'm just pointing out he's not Samoan. Could only find one reference to his father having Samoan "ancestry". A stretch calling him Samoan.

MCU made them to be headlining mostly down to Stark. New cast doesnt have the same charisma especially if they're planning to make Brie Larson the new face of the brand lmao The Xmen are in good hands if you think theyre hardcore stories are best told in the watered down commercialised flavours of Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Ragnarok and Antman. It took 3 films for Chris Evans to really shine with Captain America. I'm willing to give the new guys a chance. Chadwick Boseman has plenty of charisma. Hardcore stories? Like Apocalypse? Dark Phoenix 2.0: Sorry For The Do-Over? Not everything requires the hardcore/dark approach. I would definitely trust the X-Men with the Russo brothers. Winter Soldier, Civil War, Infinity War are some of the best. Endgame will likely follow suit. It all depends on who's directing.
Dark elements of stories are needed for Xmen. Xavier suffering from drug abuse and depression who injects needles into himself or Logan suffering from adamntium poisoining. Will MCU go to the same level of detail to vividly show mutants suffering the same way, from the Legacy virus for example, dont think so. Or Mutants being slaughtered in gruesome ways within confines of PG13 as in DOFP where Warpaths face is incinerated, Iceman is decapitated and Blink is stabbed multiple times. Why didnt Infinity War have Thanos killing the heros in shocking ways like in the comic. Or emotionally weighted moments when old Charles meets younger. Can MCU do this for when Iceman confronts his younger self to come out as gay in a heartbreaking segment. When has MCU ever crafted a scene like that; never has never will. They had a perfect chance to do this in Winter Soldier between Cap and Peggy but they watered it down beyond belief. Or what about the superhero registration act which was the full focus for X1 and X2. And how much time did it get in Civil War, first 20 minutes then erased from the rest of the movie lol just so Avengers could clobber themselves in a no stakes airport fight.

Its gonna be hard for Xmen to work in the current mcu. Mutants are looked down upon and face discrimination(the old x men cartoon showed that well) You can't lighten that stuff down.

You keep trashing 'Black Panther' as an "unfinished project" because of that CGI issue during the final fight, and yet, you continue to praise 'X-Men: First Class', which has cheap-looking production values overall. FC didnt get nominated best picture though and I would be critical if it did. Yeah, right...

And yet you still subject yourself to these movies knowing full well that they will include this type of humor. I'd say you only have yourself to blame. You should know by now what to expect. These movies simply aren't made for you and they aren't going to change to better fit your limited idea of what constitutes a good comic book film. Better stick to your dark and depressing shit and leave these films for the people that enjoy and appreciate them for what they are.

Those gifs alone are more entertaining than most of the X-Men movies.

The bad taste of Apocalypse is worst than ASM2. ASM2 was them trying too hard to build a universe. Apocalypse, they didn't try at anything.
Reed Richards, not Mr. Fantastic. Before the Fantastic Four is created. He doesn't have to have powers to be in the movie. You can make him a regular genius scientist. Then you spin it off into him and the others going off into space in their own movie and getting powers. You can even have it that he is already an adventurer and they get the powers on one of his adventures up into space. Also, why can't they put in individual X characters in movies? Why does it have to be Apocalypse or Selene? You saying that the Eternals can only be a movie set in the past? Sersi was an Avenger in the comics.

Bloopers, a repeat of the same scene and Quicksilver's death (which isn't funny nor is it trying to be).

I think you have me confused with someone else. Oh and btw that quicksilver scene is unintenionally funny. Guy cant even die without saying a joke, that 1 gif sums up the whole of MCU
