Simmons is the first player in NBA history with 34+pts, 12+ assists, 12+ rebounds, and 5+ steals in a game. He has been on fire this entire month and has been the best defender in the NBA. Maybe. Steals were first recorded in the NBA in the 1973–74 season, so Oscar may have done it. Haven't you heard? Every night in the NBA somebody is doing something historic. Give me some time and I can come up with a stat never before accomplished in pretty much every game, which proves whatever current superstar is the best ever.

You called it! Not just double digits, 30+ points, the Lakers' worst loss of the season. Of course one game out of 82 means nothing, but this sure was fun to watch. Largest margin of victory in a regular season Celtics/Lakers game since 1969, most definitely fun to watch. The game started off 8-0 Lakers and looked like a potential disaster, but Celtics Pride stepped up and that was that. This could be the best medicine for a team that has been scuffling lately. I could see the Celtics going on a long winning streak now. You clowns caught Bron on an off night. He just got done watching Bronny Jr. put up '0' points and a fan threw trash at him - his head was elsewhere - parenting. Even the sun shines on a dogs a$$ some days

And when you throw in 17 NBA titles compared to your 1, that sure is a LOT more sun for us......shit, someone get me some sunblock! 😎👍🥂

So hopefully they stay in the 7 seed and you stay in the 5th seed. Don't go on a winning streak now and get the 2.

I know they won in 1983 with Dr J, but what was the other one that the Sixers won?

I know they won in 1983 with Dr J, but what was the other one that the Sixers won? think it was '67 (or something like that) 1966-67 team (68-13, a record broken by Wilt's 69-13 1971-72 Lakers), Wilt finally got past the Celtics and won a title at age 30.

We have a tendency to play down to the level of our competition - But we've also showed we can kick the living sh*t out of the Bucks - so there's really nobody out there we can't handle.

Great game between the Clippers and Mavs. Going right down to the wire.

I know they won in 1983 with Dr J, but what was the other one that the Sixers won? Sixers won it all in 1967 and 1983. They also have the most Finals appearances outside of Boston and the Lakers and the most Conference Championship game appearances outside the Lakers and Celtics.

I've been sleeping through this NBA season. Zion debuts tonight, right?

I've been sleeping through this NBA season. Zion debuts tonight, right? Yep. Spurs at Pels Stories all over the place right now the Pels pulled out of numerous trade talks (they've got a lot of interesting pieces that could help a lot of teams) because Zion is coming back and they can make a push for the playoffs - they're 17-27 - I really don't know what they're shooting for unless it's the 8th seed. Maybe their thought process is they want to keep Zion surrounded with some talent to help the kid as opposed to tanking and collecting assets (Draft Picks).

Oops Wouldn't you want to swap Jrue and Redick amongst others for picks? I've read some blogs down there that Zion is the only untouchable - others that state Ingram as well - it looks like Lonzo has been playing well lately. Anywho - I think some playoff teams looking for a veteran PG could use Jrue - I think you could get a mid 1st for him with other assets - and I think some playoff contending teams could use a sharp shooter like Redick and they could get a late teens/20s 1st for him and maybe other assets. They're really not going anywhere - whether you're building with Zion or Zion/Ingram - I'd swap everything else out for assets. That's the process I'd take

Jon Johnson of Sports Radio WIP
Per league source - Sixers concentrating on acquiring Bogdan Bogdonavic or Robert Covington.
Kind of torn on Cov - we really need a 1 or a 2 - not that I'd complain about a wing who can pop a 3 and has good defense.
I like Cov - but it's kind of 'been there done that' and his 3pt% is off this year and he may be taking minutes from Tisse.
Focus on Bogie if it's 1 of the 2 - Mike Scott, Zhaire Smith/Johnah Bolden a couple of 2nd Rounds and cash - if that doesn't do it - offer the above for Cov - just make sure Tisse is still a part of the regular rotation.

What kind of an asshole names their kid Bogdan Bogdanovic, anyway? It's like your last name is Samuels and you name your kid Sam.

sixers up 11 in the first vs. The Raptors
Josh Richardson back to the locker room for the Sixers and he won't return - not good - looked like he was grabbing his hammy.
