Personally I’m pretty disappointed thus far. Far From Home was pretty mediocre. Black Widow was only marginally better. And Shang Chi was decent until the third act devolved into a CGI monster fight. Then there’s the streeeeaaaming shows, which were all pretty forgettable in my opinion- getting a little bit worse with each one.
I’m still hyped for Eternals, No Way Home, Dr Strange and Thor though. I really think these four will return the MCU to its former glory.
What say you?

Far From Home was a step down from the first movie, but it's hard not to enjoy anything Spider-Man. I still re-watch it. Haven't watched Black Widow or Shanghai-Chi.

Only Spiderman, WandaVision and Shang-Chi have been truly good for me so far, and WandaVision messed up its ending. What IF is decent enough I suppose but it's too inconsistent. The rest of the shows pissed me off. Loki completely character-assassinated Loki, BW is in the bottom tier of my MCU movie rankings, and TFATWS was just so much wasted potential.
So yeah, I have to say I'm not too impressed so far. The D+ shows in particular are turning me off, especially since the MCU shows were the main reason I subscribed to D+.
To be honest, I'm a bit worried for Thor and Dr. Strange. I have this dread that they'll character-assassinate both Thor and Dr. Strange like they did Loki, or that maybe they'll throw them to the background in order to make way for the newer band of characters like they did to Bucky and Natasha.

They assassinated Thor in Endgame. I don't know if it can get any worse.

It's off to a patchy start, but I'm still enjoying the ride. WandaVision and Loki season 1 was pretty good. I was liking The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but it had a messy ending. It's too soon to properly judge What If..., but from what we have, some episodes will show an amazingly well-done alternate re-telling and others may not.
Black Widow should have been released during Phase 3. The performances from the cast was good, and the action sequences were solid (although I did roll my eyes when Natasha and Yelena came out unscathed after crashing their car in a subway). However, the villain was unmemorable. Shang-Chi was enjoyable throughout, although I was turned off by some of the humor. I could have done without seeing Wong do karaoke. Hopefully, when the MCU movies begin venturing the Multiverse, and we see more of variant versions of Kang the Conqueror, the movies may begin to build up some serious stakes.

Spider-Man Home whatever: 4/10 Not awful, but not anything I ever need to see again.
WandaVision: 2/10 Truly unwatchable. Wanda finally getting the title and costume at the end saved it from being entirely useless
TFATWS: 6/10 Up and down admittedly, but when it was good, it was really good.
Loki: 6/10 A bit of a mess in places, but I'm willing roll with it and see where it goes.
Black Widow: 4/10 Entertaining at times, ultimately unnecessary and largely uninteresting.
What If: 6/10 Some episodes are better than others, not much to digest due to the format.
Shang-Chi: 4/10 Barely a plot, borderline nonsensical with its MCU tie-ins.
Looking forward to Eternals, Hawkeye looks fun. After that it's a crapshoot. A Spidey rehash, yet another Easter Egg fest with MoM. Low expectations once we get past Eternals.
