This. The first two seasons were wiped out. With Cooper messing up the timeline, I don't even know what events in season 3 is still valid. And traveling through time/dimensions to change the past or create a new timeline? That has been done to death in the Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and other sci fi shows and films. Nothing wrong with the idea, but I was hoping for something unique. I still maintain that TPTR had some great episodes. esp from ep 11 onward. But the finale was a letdown. I was not expecting to get answers to everything, but at least something.
I do agree that there were good episodes in this season, but as a whole I'm not really liking it. Definitely not with this ending
There is a new book coming out this November, by Frost. Although I'm not hopeful, it might provide some answers as to what happened and if there really was a reset of the world of Twin Peaks, what the results of that reset were.
Available for preorder
I will be disappointed if answers to Audrey and TP are in the book. Books are supposed to supplement the show. To reveal what happened to Audrey and the TP universe there would feel like a ripoff. You pay for a subscription service to watch the show and then have to buy a book to know some of the answers? Not good IMO.

I know, but I am starting to fear that it will be the case. The book is said to focus on the characters of the show in the 25 year hiatus between season 2 and 3. But as seen after the events of season 3 or not? No idea, but I'll know soon enough.

I kind of feel the same way about Twin Peaks. It's a love hate thing, but I am also grateful we got a revival at all after 26 years.
Yup, she's into religion, spirituality and TM. Seems to have given her a more positive outlook on life in general, so good for her.

sherilyn fenn retweeted this, do you agree with it? I miss the community we all had taken from us. This just reminded me of the behind the scenes info we all had on the old board. I agree with it.

I just watched the pilot of "The Deuce." I have a feeling it's going to be a far more rewarding viewing experience.

I told y'all it would suck. I hoped it would improve as the season progressed but it didn't. The Emperor was naked. How could predict it?
