A thread to air your grievances, big or small.
Today, incompetent couriers. I'm waiting home for an important package (I work from home, so this isn't a great inconvenience - but that's not the point); I was given a one-hour delivery slot. When the time came, I spent the hour refreshing the tracking info every few minutes. Suddenly, info changed from "your package is out for delivery" to "Sorry, your package could not be delivered as your driver could not find your address."
Did I leave my phone number? Yes! Did the courier call me or make any attempt to contact me before deciding my home is harder to locate than the Lost City of El Dorado? No!
I get it - these guys are overworked (aren't we all?), operating on a tight schedule, can't afford delays - but come on man, you have my number. One call will clear this up.
What's been aggravating you recently?

The process of obtaining a new car. Just got a new one, and got a pretty good deal on it, but the entire process is designed to wear down those with little patience or understanding of how car dealers screw them over. It's disgusting. I hate sitting there, listening to their bullshit, with their garbage coffee and fake friendliness.

What's been aggravating you recently? My drive to and from work. I have one long stretch on a two-lane highway and it's the slow drivers in the fast lane who won't get out of the way. Everyone in the fast lane is doing 80ish and moving along great, then you get one guy doing 65 and all the other slow people are in the slow lane but this guy won't move over. So you have to go slow until a space opens up on the right side to go around these twats. I never get it. If you want to go slow, get in the slow lane and there are no problems. But for some reason these selfish douchebags go slow in the fast lane. It's super annoying.

They're lying and sitting there telling you bullshit to make a sale. This is why the last two cars I've bought I got online (Through Roadster, I think it's called something else now). So easy and quick and I didn't have to listen to any bullshit. Only issue was then I got junk mail from the dealership where the car came from and it was hassle getting them to stop sending me their crap but outside that, much better than going to a dealer in person.

Help us kill President Palmer or else." Should I call Jack Bauer?

I hate sitting there, listening to their bullshit, with their garbage coffee and fake friendliness. It's insufferable. I have a guy at the dealership, so I don't have to put up with that shit. I know what I want, and if they don't have it, he can get it for me. Can you imagine what women must go through at a car dealership? I pity the salesman that starts licking his chops when my wife walks in, though. No brand loyalty with her, she just looks at cars online, reads the reviews and goes from there. She's not a Karen, but she doesn't have time for bullshit. No games, no hard sell, no running around in circles on the price or "Let me talk to my manager" bullshit. She's a shark. "This is the price I saw online, this is what I'm paying, these are the features I want, no other features, these features in this color. Either you have it or I'm on to the next place." And she isn't kidding.

Singing God Bless America at baseball games.
Dudes who wear Yankees jerseys with names on the back. Fucking jabronis, the lot of them.

I don't know about now, but I could not find a Red Sox #9 without "Williams" sprawled all over the back. The Yastrzemski #8 were really bad.
In game interviews. I don't give a flying fuck what Freddie Freeman had for breakfast.

Traffic mostly. And customers. My work life would be so much easier if there were no customers.

Your driver won't be back today." I even got photo evidence of my driver "missing" me: an image of the outside gate. If only he'd called me, I could've walked outside and helped him with this obstacle. That would've been sensible, no? This courier was unable to advance past a chest-high wooden gate with the latch on the other side. I can only conclude that he's one of the aliens from Signs.

I'm just sick of the nonstop days over 105 degrees (41 C) and that it doesn't get below 100 until 9 pm, no matter how far I look ahead in the forecast.
Constant heat warning alerts, red flag fire warnings, and I fully expect my A/C to crash at any time.
