Hello, all.
Here is the latest table, and reasonable scores were had by all. Monday night's defeat at West Ham just about rounded off a pretty rotten weekend for Brentford who, courtesy of Everton's partial refund of its 10-point PSR deduction, now find themselves suddenly and brutally thrown level with Everton on 25 points and 5 goals worse off and two places from the drop zone. You have to laugh. Although, what quite we're laughing at I don't altogether know. 'Legal errors in the original commission' is always good for a chuckle, I suppose, as long as you're not at the receiving end of them.
At any rate, the weekend ahead holds a trio of derbies across London and Manchester and there is decent action to be had elsewhere too - Arsenal will fancy its chances in Sheffield on Monday but Liverpool may face a sterner time of it in Nottingham two days earlier on Saturday.
