No, we'll still take him. Did you watch the game? Or are you just trolling? He was really that bad? Don't worry he'll be better when the transfer window is closed. All these diva's will be back at their best then

He wasn't exceptionally bad, but he certainly wasn't a stand-out player who looked like he was miles above the rest of the team. As I posted above, he was absolutely useless as a left No 10 (Leipzig play 4-2-2-2, and he filled in there because Forsberg wasn't fit to play 90 minutes, coming back from a really bad tonsillitis, and apparently Hasi trusted him over Bruma to replace him). He had a pass success rate of 26 percent while he played there! It improved once Emil came on and he was moved back to his familiar No 6 position. But there were still far too many misplaced passes, at times in critical positions.
I'm not worried. I trust RBL's management. And I don't think it has anything to do with the transfer talk. He had weak games last season, too. He was subbed off at HT at times. He's still a talent aged only 22, albeit with a lot of potential. But as every talent, he's still inconsistent and has a fair share of average and outright awful games. Reading LFC comments, it looks like you think he's guaranteed to be the next Messi (or Iniesta). He has a lot to prove to get there.

400 km. You'll manage.
I actually think for Leipzig it's a very good draw. Nothing to lose, Bayern are favorites, it's a home. Either they win, then it's great result, or they lose, and have one competition out of their way.
E: Seems I'm not alone with that sentiment.

Either they win, then it's great result, or they lose, and have one competition out of their way. E: Seems I'm not alone with that sentiment. In the worst case one of the teams gets rid of a rather unwelcomed competition and thus have more time and resources to focus on the two competitions which really matters. Sure, if you made it to the final you'll want to win it, but get axed way before the Berlin, and you're more like: "So what?!" Even if it is in the deepest pits of hell ...the east, almost Vladivostok if you ask me, it will be nothing to worry about. Just watch some Zombie movies and the Walking Dead, and you know what you have to expect. A villiage club with zealous amateurs who give a damn about a career-ending injury would be far worse. Or with the words of Grönemayer: Tief im Osten, wo die Hoffnung verreckt ist es schlechter, viel schlechter, als man glaubt tief im Osten

Just to clarify one thing: I'm not talking about "we" in the case of Leipzig, as I'm not a member of that club, I don't go to their home games, I don't live anywhere near Leipzig. I'm not a fan in any sense of the word. I'm a former Stuttgart supporter gone rogue because I just can't support that shit-show anymore. Hiring Dietrich, the salesman of Europe's most idiotic infrastructure project, was the last straw. I'm done with that club, they're as bad as HSV. Half of VfB Stuttgart is in Leipzig or Hoffenheim anyway, every half decent staff member is gone. The reasons I support Leipzig and Hoffe are because I appreciate an innovative approach, working with young players, and professional work.
Just realized that three days after Leipzig - Bayern in the cup, the next Bundesliga fixture is Bayern - Leipzig.

Away leg, with one player sent off, 2:0 lead...I guess the HSV takes the relegation fight seriously.

We won't get rid of them this year either, will we? Here's hoping at least Stuttgart get relegated again.

Didn't last long, did it?
So, Leverkusen managed to draw a game again they absolutely should have won.
Kampl on the bench today the entire game. I'm going out on a limb here and predict that by Thursday, he'll be gone. Seeing B04 fans in the Werkself forum calling for Völler's head already. And if this happens, rightfully so.

Looking better than vs Schalke, but still not there (especially Emil doesn't look himself yet). Augustin looks like a great signing.

Bruma + Augustin = 25m. But there's no value in the market.

Don't know why it has to be Ginter, but other than that - great!
