I think it's decent but I prefer the clone wars series.

The Rebels cartoon recently showed nightsister force ghosts possessing the bodies of a couple of our cartoon heroes. I thought this was an interesting development which I hadn't seen before - could this be a possibility for Mr Snoke? i.e. could there be a dark side spirit inhabiting the body we see.

(NO HATER TROLLING OR FAN BASHING PLEASE!) I'm against trolling and attacking fans with personal insults but if someone wants to criticize and bash Rebels so be it instead of one sided gushing praise.

No , I doubt it's Face_Palm/Kylo_Ren because the OP referred to Rebels as the ANIMATED series and acknowledges that it's just an animated series.
If Face_Palm/Kylo_Ren wrote the OP, he would have referred to it as the HUGELY HIGHLY ACCLAIMED TV series that is more canon and significant than the actual film saga itself.

I like the show, feels more focused than Clone Wars although the animation isn't as gritty as it was in Clone Wars. Also, wish they had gone with a different character design for Ezra, reminds me too much of Aladdin.

I didn't mean to imply a board for only cheerleader remarks. Critical discussion is welcome as long as it's intelligent and on topic.

I think the series has improved with each season. Season 2's season finale Twilight of the Apprentice is perhaps the best episode of Star Wars television ever, and season 3 has been pretty consistently strong.

What other episodes would you put in that same conversation? Anything else from Rebels, or more classic Clone Wars stuff? Would you include episodes of the (traditional) animated series for consideration as well, or are they "separate" to you as a fan?

Other contenders from Star Wars Rebels would probably include Fire Across the Galaxy, The Honorable Ones, and Trials of the Darksaber. The Lawless was the best episode of Clone Wars and probably held that title until Twilight of the Apprentice. I'm less familiar with the traditional shows, but to the extent I'm familiar with Droids and Ewoks, they didn't impress me much. The first Clone Wars series seemed pretty good from what I saw, so I should definitely check it out in full some time.

Twilight of the Apprentice was absolutely fantastic. If you can get beyond the animation style, it's pretty decent if you want more SW that seems to jive more with the OT vs the new ST..

Those and the ones about Yoda communing with Qui Gon were my personal favorites. Really, any and all of the ones that deal explicitly with the "mythology" of the Force are pretty rad. Oh, and also the ones where they paid off Sifo-Dias even though haters claim it was never explained. And the one about Order 66.

Finished the clone wars the other day which got really really good in season 4 (although that Colonel Snail dude in season 5 was a crime against humanity) and this pails in comparison. I've only watched 6 episodes so far but it feels heavily censored
