"Thing is, those changes you bring up are crappy changes in the first place."
LMAO. Now you're attacking Marvel comics and I'm trying to respect the comics, new and old?? That is funny.

formersam, you're either a homophobe or you just want to relive the same old goddamn X-Men stories over and over, the ones that only you approve, never allowing for any change. Either way, you're the lame person here.

Apocalypse turned out the way it did because Singer himself can't help but repeat himself.

AWESOME. Thanks for that, Jerk. None of those movies are going to interfere with my project. And I love the idea that they're expanding with X-Force.

ThatGuy, you really don't know anything about Rachel Grey-Summers do you?? LOL. You're ignorant to any new X-Men story lines apparently. Bobby has turned gay in the comics. Rachel obviously changes her name from Summers to Grey... because she's pissed at dad for some reason. Hell, it's in X-Men Comic Vine for crying out loud. Do you just want the X-Men of the 1960s? I mean, god knows, you can't let go of the fact that the X-Men costumes have changed... even in the comics. The problem is bolded. And, yes, I knew that she changed her name. It happened quite a while ago, numb nuts. The reason they did it was because there was no Jean Grey in the comics. They basically made her the unofficial Jean Grey. Also, Bobby didn't turn gay. He was hiding the fact that he is gay. And the problem with recent Drake is that he is now flamboyantly gay. He's now the kind of gay that walks into a room yelling out "Girlfriend!!" They could have kept him exactly like he was before, except that he noticeably likes men. That's like making Sulu in Star Trek Beyond suddenly flamboyant after 2 movies because they showed his partner in the 3rd. You see, the problem wasn't about the comics. It's your silly fan fic and how you are doing the story. That gay mentor crap was just stupid. He's already an outsider. If he needs a mentor, it's one to council him on being an outsider. An older mutant and maybe non-white would work.

I'm glad the Gambit movie would still be in their plans but I really don't want to wait 3 years for it.

Ok. Bobby reveals himself to be gay. Stop giving me the social justice lecture. Ok? I'm tired of SJWs ruining everything, twisting everything.
Why is it wrong for the now admittedly gay, Bobby to seek support from a longtime outed gay man in Northstar?? WHY? BTW, he's not fully gay in my script. Bobby is more bisexual. It works better with the context of the other films. And it since so many people are so confused about identity today, it makes him more identifiable with modern audiences to be super confused.

And as far as Rachel goes, what is so wrong with her being a major player as his daughter? After we see Jean and Scott alive and well at the end of DOFP, we don't know much of anything about their lives in this timeline. Rachel can be introduced, since it is a different timeline... even more different if Laura goes back to help Xavier curb those seizures and get Logan on his boat.
In my script, Rachel changes her name for the reasons I said. He cheated on Jean with her clone. Girl power wins out. She decides to stick by her sisters or in this case, her mother and reject her father. Now, it is up to Cyclops to change, change her opinion of him and save their relationship. That sounds like great modern drama to me.
Jesus Christ. I think you just want to see everything they've established thrown out for more Marvel quirky comedy from pull-string toys. That's what I think. You will never give the future of this franchise any chance or hope will you?

I'd guess one of those would be the rumoured new attempt at the Fantastic 4

Fox will botch it up, as usual. The only characters they care about are Logan, Xavier and Magneto. What about Deadpool? unashamed you know.

That was due to Ryan Reynolds being allowed to do whatever he wanted because no one else had faith it would work. Now that the Fox Execs are paying attention, I'm sure they'll find some way of fouling it up.

I hope none of those movies is a sequel to Logan. That's the twist. She adopts his name.

Oh, look, here's Hand Dumbass again insist that every business and creative decision Fox makes is good and superior to all the competition. So how will you be trying to discredit the idea that the filmmakers of Deadpool were given a lot of creative freedom and therefore deserve no kudos for how the film turned out?

It is when it's small budgets movies tossed in the Dump Months where expected failures usually go. Fortunately this "We think its gonna bomb" attitude kept the Fox Execs AWAY from the project and left in the hands of Reynolds.
