Inhumans Is Marvel's Biggest Flop Since Howard The Duck

honestly I don't think anybody cares. There's way too much other good stuff out right now and Punisher and Thor are coming up. Inhumans doesn't matter at all.

Marvel made a tremendous mistake when they decided to go against making a movie for this but instead let the Inhumans be a plot point for Agents of Shield which was always a pretty poor show itself.

They could have had another Guardians of the Galaxy kind of success with this.

Inhumans have enough juicy history to build a TV series on, and with ties to Agents of SHIELD( Which I do genuinely like, just getting it out there) there's plenty of crossover potential. But I'm not sure what they were thinking with this attempt, it's definitely up there as one of the most expensive TV productions in history yet it still feels cheap looking - Attilan doesn't look like a feast for the eyes, and the color grading is extremely muted and almost nothing stands out. Inhumans was Kirby as Jack could do, and given how Thor Ragnarok looks Inhumans could've at least tried to be more Kirby-esque but its more Kirby-muted. 

I guess there's room for improvement though. I wish the film rights to The Fantastic Four were with Disney, because they have such rich history with The Inhumans - Crystal's been romantically linked with Johnny Storm and Ben Grimm, and both Crystal and Medusa have been FF members. 

It does look cheap looking. I'm not sure why but a lot of these superhero TV shows seem that way except for the Netflix ones.

I'm not impressed at all with how Blackbolt looks or the others. The CGI on Lockjaw is pretty shabby as well.

A series for Daredevil kinds works because it's mostly just a guy in a simple ninja/armoured suit with no expensive looking superpowers but that's not the case here.

They could have made a couple big movies out of this but instead we have a series that probably won't last too long.

No you couldn't. I generally much prefer Marvel's movies to DC's, most people do these days. 

That doesn't stop The Dark Knight series from being the best out the lot though. As good as these Marvel movies are and they have all been good there's a reason why The Dark Knight is #4 on IMDB out the many thousands upon thousands of movies that been made. It is in a league of its own.

Whether you agree or not, it is the highest rated superhero movie ever, by audiences and critics. It's also an Oscar winner.

Especially since a lot of shit-for-brain Nolanites will rate anything Nolan 10/10. He could film a piece of shit for 3 hours, and those morons would call it the best thing ever.

The Academy also gave Best Picture to "Shakespeare in Love" over "Saving Private Ryan". They have credibility. And "professional" critics become more obsolete every year.

You are not right and I've been saying the Oscars are worthless since 2000, before I ever saw the first X-Men film. Actually, I've never used reviews or scores, ever, in my arguments. So nice try, but you're wrong yet again. The FoX-Men and DCEU boards are over there.

I think both marvel and dc fans are guilty of this review fake adoration. they only use it when it reflects their marvel and dc movies in a good light.

clearly rt and box office is not working for marvel anymore so the MCU idiots now say it is worthless.

DCEU finally has a movie that 'critics' like so rt and critics are now relevant to them.

both camps are guilty but the mcu idiots are the biggest guilty brats of all. they all used to brag about critics
which I find ironic because before MCU many comic films aka X-Men, X2, Batman Begins, The Crow, Batman 1989. all had good reviews but in that era no one ever obsessed about RT and critics. MCU fans made RT a thing because they were fully aware critics kissed MCU ass regardless of the useless stuff they fed to us. things seem to be changing or not?
