Let me add this scene from x-men 1 You see this is where Black Panther got some of their inspiration from. funny, they did not choose tony or steve. that should tell you the truth. you cannot disagree with the actual hard evidence. tony and steve barely had any depth unless you call punching eachother 80% of the time depth. First class has got nothing on civil war? Yes. There's nothing deep about FC's plot. It's just a hodge-podge of usual X-Men stuff. No, they just wouldn't bother with Holocaust Exploitation. Overall, the Xmen movies are better. Id still rather watch Origins and X3 over Green Lantern and Suicide Squad any day of the year. The Nolan Trilogy is more or less on par with X2, First Class and DOFP.

It's cheap, often has concerts and other entertainment type of shit, and there's other stuff to do within a reasonable drive depending on what you want (Philly for history and the big city, King of Prussia for a supermall, Gettysburg for intensely historical shit). Basically: don't count southeastern Pennsylvania out!!!1 |

You are obviously a blind and biased fanboy so this post will probably fall on deaf ears, but explain to me why Apocalypse and The Last Stand suck so much? I mean, I actually like the X-Men movies. X-2 and DOFP are both in my top 10 CB movies of all time. Still, to act like the MCU is crappy and the X-Men movies are works of art is pathetically inaccurate. I prefer The Winter Soldier to all X-Men movies, but I can see the argument for some over it, but what MCU movie is worse than X-Men Apocalypse? You cannot name one. X-Men has had a handful of movies and half of them are good to great and half are poor. The MCU has yet to make one bad movie in 18. Sure, Thor 2 was just okay. So were a few others, but none of them were Apocalypse or X3 bad. |
