I wanted to ask this specifically in the MCU board in the hopes of a less biased, third-party answer. Which do you prefer between the DC movies and the Fox X-men movies and why? Considering that there are 10 X-men movies to this date, we'll consider the last 10 movies DC made for comparison.

Some of each!
DC- TDK trilogy
Fox- X1-2. Logan. DoFP
Sony- Spidey 1-2
Marvel- Most of them, excluding Thor 2, TIH, and Iron Man 3

Fox X-Men movies has some stinkers like X3, X-Men Origins, and Apocalypse, but when Fox X-Men sticks the landing, they STICK the landing. For some reason, Fox's other Marvel movies are terrible. DC stinkers stunk worse like Batman & Robin, Catwoman, and Green Lantern, but The Dark Knight is better than the entire X-Men franchise.

Both studios have really good films and a few stinkers in between, but I think 20th Century Fox's X-Men films has been more consistent in the past few years.
For the past ten films, I prefer:
X-Men: X-Men, X2, First Class, Days of Future Past, Deadpool
DC: The Dark Knight Rises, Man of Steel, Wonder Woman
Nevertheless, The Dark Knight trilogy beats all of the X-Men films. |

Nolan's films are Superior to all. Yeah and I generally enjoyed the XMEN films barring a couple installments. |

Nolan's films are Superior to all. The first two are, TDKR was garbage. Anyway outside of those, the only good DC film has been Wonder Woman, and even that fell apart in the third act. Still a decent flick. The only good X-Men films for my money are First Class, Deadpool and Logan. |

The fox x-men movies are better than the mcu movies. the fox xmen movies are the only movies with the marvel name that have the same type of accliam as the Nolan movies to the point that Nolan himself referenced the xmen movies for the TDK trilogy. Add BP now as one of the movies xmen influenced. LOL. The real question is what mcu movies are better than Logan, X2 and DOFP...FC? The only MCU movie that can stand a chance are the captain america sequels. Um, how will mcu make x-men of m again? |

The fox x-men movies are better than the mcu movies. If you're ashamed of comics. Nah, Nolan only said that because at the time the X-Men movies were in the mainstream consciousness. It was free publicity. If Iron Man came out before Batman Begins, Nolan would've said he was inspired by Iron Man. Avengers, Winter Soldier, Guardians 1, Civil War, Black Panther...I can go on. |

Nope, it was the public finally waking up and realizing they didn't have to be ashamed of comics anymore. Nolan's "grounded" way was no longer seen as the ONLY way anymore. |

The rest of the X-Men films can't even touch Nolan's heels, and this coming from someone who doesn't really like Nolan's films. |

Nope, Nolan's way (which nearly destroyed CBMs) was finally dis-proven. And CBMs have been better off ever since. |
