Where does God say mixing races is bad, Sam?
You were caught lying for the umpteenth time and now you're desperately trying to change the subject like the dishonest snake you are.
A bigot thinks I'm a dishonest snake... I'll somehow survive. So no, Sam can't back up his lie that "God said mixing races is bad"
He's exposed as a liar again.

Sam realizing he has lost another exchange resorts to the infantile "prove it" "prove God exists" "prove the bible is the word of God" defense.
[eye roll]
If I'm going to think about gay people the way you do, I need to have proof that my bigotry will be completely vindicated by God. If you still think the Bible was written by God then you're stupid. Prove to me that God is against homosexuality and I'll become a bigot like you (and apparently God). You can't do it. Where does God say mixing races is bad, Sam?

God says that homosexuality is evil and forbidden so that would make gay marriage evil and forbidden Einstein.
That didn't stop many bigoted religious folk from using the Bible to say that interracial marriage is wrong when it was the social issue of the day.
There go those moving goal posts that always exist when discussing anything with Sam.
How many thousands of times do you want to have the 'Blade hates gay people and blames it on God' discussion? "God says that homosexuality is evil and forbidden" --- You need to prove that if you want me to treat gay people differently than I treat others. You can't prove it. Sam realizing he has lost another exchange resorts to the infantile "prove it" "prove God exists" "prove the bible is the word of God" defense.

Stop lying Sam. God and Jesus never taught that interracial marriage was forbidden or wrong. Of course 'He' didn't. Just like God never taught that gay marriage was forbidden or wrong. That didn't stop many bigoted religious folk from using the Bible to say that interracial marriage is wrong when it was the social issue of the day. Look it up. "But God did teach that homosexuality is forbidden." --- This is destined to be yet another day when you fail to prove that. God says that homosexuality is evil and forbidden so that would make gay marriage evil and forbidden Einstein.

Just cutting through the 'political "correctness"' BS; seeing things for what they really are. Tell me about it. First they pushed their evil agenda of inter-racial marriage, even though God told us in the Bible that mixing the races is bad. Now they want gay people to get married. Why can people not be more tolerant of our intolerance? Looks like it's time to end our own lives. Stop lying Sam. God and Jesus never taught that interracial marriage was forbidden or wrong.
But God did teach that homosexuality is forbidden.

[For example heterosexuality often produces offspring which are of great benefit to society.]
Due to IVF, this is no longer exclusive to heteros. LOL. You get the award for stupid comment of the day.

No, you haven't answered it because anyone can not have children. Just like anyone can bake a cake. You don't need to be a homosexual to bake a cake and you don't need to be homosexual to not have children.
You run away like I thought you would.

Your argument was refuted you have nothing left to do but run.

What part of this answer do you not understand?
Some heterosexuals don't have children either. So try again. How does homosexuality benefit society? tick tock tick tock.
And, again, how do YOU benefit society?
By having children. Now answer my question.

So, yes, homosexuality does benefit society - they are not reproducing themselves. As I have, by not reproducing myself, and I am straight but not narrow.
And, again:
And, again, how do YOU benefit society?
tick tock tick tock...
Seriously, don't bother, I'm done with you.

I didn't deflect anything. So that would be a No? you can't think of a way that homosexuality benefits society. That's what I thought. Quite frankly, I think that the human overpopulation of this planet is going destroy it. My motto is 'Save the planet - kill yourself'. So, yes, homosexuality does benefit society - they are not reproducing themselves. As I have, by not reproducing myself, and I am straight but not narrow. Ever hear of ZPG?
And, again, how do YOU benefit society? Since you think that homosexuals must qualify themselves as a benefit to society, the same question applies to you. Judge not lest ye be judged. (Yeah, I know bible verses, having been raised in religion and then rejecting it in favor of science, logic and reason).

Rachel did you ever think of a way that homosexuality benefits society? Nice try at deflection.
Have any of the other posters thought of a way that you benefit society?

True.
And your statement that there is no scientific support for homosexuality being innate is false.
Just a suggestion, Ada/HelenBlack...awhina, afeena, whatever, pick a name and an avatar and frigging stick with it. The name 'Sybil' comes to mind. Or find a therapist who can integrate all your multiple personalities.
Rachel did you ever think of a way that homosexuality benefits society?

No science had nothing to do with it because I was talking about the bible not science. Her response was a non sequitur.
I explained why her using the word "science" was not a non sequitur since it logically was associated with the subject at hand. It matters not that you didn't bring it up. A conversation by definition really involves more than one person. A conversation is not limited the way you claim as to not be logical if it broadens. If you start a conversation about hot dogs and I mention putting mustard on them, my doing so is not to be using a non sequitur. And I explained it was a non sequitur because it did not logically follow what I said.

I love strawman arguments.

Well you better go back and read what I wrote then. Because she brought science up when I wasn't discussing it. Her response was a non sequitur.
a statement (as a response) that does not follow logically from or is not clearly related to anything previously said <We were talking about the new restaurant when she threw in some non sequitur about her dog.>
You were discussing homosexuality and religion, and she posed a question that was related to the conversation at hand. "Sexual orientation is no more a choice than race or gender. That is the science of it." So she was the first one to invoke science in the discussion? That does not make it a non sequitur as it is often part of conversations like this and logical follows from the previous content of the conversation. To follow your logic if you had said "I like red sweaters" and she replied "I like blue sweaters because they match my eyes" you would call this a non sequitur because you hadn't mentioned eyes. No science had nothing to do with it because I was talking about the bible not science. Her response was a non sequitur.
