I love the Star Wars franchise (all of it) but the MCU is superior. In general the MCU has better writing, acting, directing, continuity, consistency of quality, complex universe building (and sharing), action, humor, character development, and quantity.

3 episodes into the Batwoman season. The most recent episode was slightly better than the first 2 but that isn't saying much. We have Black Lightning returning on Monday.

I used to watch Fatman Beyond/Fatman on Batman but that was when the videos were 20-30 minutes long. Lately these guys have been rambling on for 1-2.5 hours. I don't have time for that.

I'm E4. When the characters watch the "sitcom" for the first time, they recognize Vision. How is that possible, if he's in his human disguise? He went back and forth in the scene they were watching.

I'm kind of losing interest. They're using tropes too much, where people can swap faces, and just just become other people... I'm not sure. I'm giving this a break and moving onto something else. I might come back to it. To anyone who's seen all the series, does it get any better? oh hell yes! I think Taylorfirst will back me up on that Oh yes, it keeps getting better.

I believe Mulan cost $30? So yeah, around that range. Disney+ never really got to test if that was a successful business model. They tested it with a crap movie which resulted in crap sales. They need to test it with an actual good movie. Even at $30 per rent/buy, that's got to earn more than simply never releasing it. Movie theaters won't be able to go back to normal capacity till at least near end of the year. And even then it's no guarantee that people will flock to the theaters like they used to. Didn’t they also do it with Soul? Soul was free to subscribers

You know, the more I read about this the less interested I get. Reviews seem to indicate it’s playing cutesy with its homages—a brew that can descend into mean-spiritedness, as in the horrible Pleasantville. And, while I know disparaging sitcoms is popular, I would prefer a genuine sitcom (even a superhero-themed one) to a spoof of sitcoms. Elizabeth Olsen looks lovely in the ’50s hair, makeup, and outfits, though. Don't believe everything you read.

And it's off to a lousy start with a terrible first episode of "Batwoman" season 2 with the new and improved Batwoman actress but the same (or even worse) writers. How's legends lately? Are they still doing stupid comedy? They haven't announced when the new season will start but as of last season, yes.
