After this film I'm more confused than ever over what Asgard is - it's a people not a place... okay? I found it implausible that Loki didn't know Hulk was the champion, he was there for weeks and would've at least heard a description which should've rang a bell. Felt the Dr Strange appearance completely unnecessary, didn't add anything to the film besides some more jokes.

The thing I liked about the humor is that a lot of it was stuff that was playing off expectations. You knew about Hulk jumping out of a helicopter and turning into the Hulk from The Incredible Hulk. It's a thing and it should have happened. When it didn't... Oh man. lol Same with Thor soothing Hulk and Valkyrie's entrance. Yeah the Thor trying to "sooth" Hulk I could have gone without. It was like a running gag that wasn't funny yet they just kept on going with it hoping that I'd change my mind.

Odin was telling Thor "Look, the Asgard you knew was a beautiful place to live but it was a thing of metal and stone and glass that can be rebuilt elsewhere. What made it good was the people who lived in it. Protect them!"

It was suppose to grate on Banner.

Him constantly trying to do it was suppose to be annoying. It was suppose to grate on Banner. It was also supposed to be viewed as funny to the audience which to me it wasn't. There are few things worse in comedies than returning to to joke that fell flat the first time. It's like the Family Guy aspect of repetitive jokes. To sum it up it's like the Peter Griffin holding his knee for 2 minutes. It's not funny but damn it Seth MacFarland is gonna force you to sit through it even longer as if it's a form of torture.

Just watched an online version of Thor: Ragnarok. Another waste of 2 hours. The jokes weren't funny. Just another over-rated and awful MCU movie.

Just watched an online version of Thor: Ragnarok. Liar. Of course, you must be bitter over how this film stole Justice League's thunder.

You didn't like Dr. Strange's appearance? Seriously? And what's the point of telling us? Because we don't agree. You're like one of one people who think that, soooooooooooooooooooo? ok. I mean ok.
Loki was busy bullshitting with the higher ups. In your daily life does a conversation about who the UFC champion is come up every three weeks?
You're confused about Asgard? Ok, so have you not heard the phrase that America is an experiment. America is an idea. It was just the concept of defining something by what it means instead of it's physical existence. I would explain that in a nicer way, but I would have just thought that was apparent because people define things in that type of way all the time. We define human beings like that.
I really don't know how those were issues in any way. I just don't understand the posts in here sometimes.

Wrong. I agree for one, many others do. And that is not the point of criticism. So, shut up and let others voice their opinion.
That is because you are too fanatically dumb to realize how stupid you are. QED.

Remember when you claimed you saw Captain America Civil War but got so many details wrong when talking about it that was put in doubt Then of course there was that little thread you started where you weaved a story about you going to see Spider-Man Homecoming on release because you had time to kill while getting your car repaired. But recently you let slip that you watched it on a download. So what is it. Have you actually seen the film on some crappy cam recording with poor sound, or are you pretending you've seen it just to add some validity to pre-conceived opinions on the film?

Wrong. I agree for one, many others do. Right right right, the characters in a shared universe must never ever interact. They must never take advantage of the fact they exist in the same universe.

DC Fan will give Justice League a 10/10. No doubt there. He MIGHT give it a 9/10 just to throw us off, but I already predicted his 1/10 Thor score at the beginning of the year. Basically, if it is an MCU movie, it is a 1/10 and if it is a DCEU movie, it is a 10/10. His ratings are not too hard to figure out.

They must never take advantage of the fact they exist in the same universe. who ever said that? The criticism was regarding a different point, namely that the cameo seemed quite pointless except as cameo and excuse for further jokes (l'art pour l'art).
In fact I read that Dr Strange criticism in professional reviews too. Pointless cameos have always been lame in SitComs etc, and are in fact an infamous type of Artificial Booster.
MCU did not invent Arificial Boosters they just made them part of their formula.

Anyone who complained that Dr Strange was in the movie. Ignoring the fact it shows how much stronger he's become and explaining what he'd do since the Sorcerers are supposed to defend Earth from Mystical threats. These sort of "pointless cameos" happen in the comics, no one minds there.

It means the true nature of any culture is its people, not the place they live. I don't think it's that implausible. Loki would have no reason to suspect the Hulk was anywhere but on Earth. The universe is full of green creatures. I liked the Doctor Strange cameo. It's a nice way of expanding the cinematic universe. Thor now knows Earth has sorcerers. He knows of another ally the Avengers can call upon.
