Another one I remembered is Basket Case. It's been so many years since I last watched them. I remember they used to air all the time in the early 90s on cable.

Did I mention Children Of The Corn before? Can't remember if I did. I think I saw up to the fourth one, a series I'm behind on a lot. I'm not even sure how many they made.

Psycho is another I forgot before. I've yet to see any believe it or not barring the fourth one.

I love the first one, but as a franchise the Basket Case trilogy were not all that impressive, as I thought the two next films was just down right terrible and everything I loved about the original was more or less gone. But I think Frank Henenlotter only made those to cash in on the success of the first one, and I think he have later regretted doing so. Well, at least it was an option for those who felt that the ending of the 1982 film was maybe a little too depressing.

Subspecies is another series I remembered. I saw the first two or so on cable a lot as a kid but not seen them since and don't think I even saw the last couple or so. Good call, I agree the first Subspecies (1991) film is actually not that bad, and I have always enjoyed watching it ever since I first caught it back in summer of 2005, late at night on TV. The rest of the series however was, well not all that great but still I got something out of them after all and I ended up buying all of the films back in 2012 on DVD. Not seen them ever since but I am planning on doing something about it, as I always liked the atmosphere/tone the films have in them, that and Anders Hove as Radu surely is one of the coolest vampires ever put on screen.

Basket Case and Subspecies would both be good series to re-visit sometime, as I haven't seen either since the early 90s which is one heck of a long time to go without seeing films. I seem to recall the Subspecies films occasionally aired on the Sci-Fi Channel back then as well, when they showed more obscure fare (and they obviously would've been cut down for violence).

Critters is another series I forgot, it's been so long since I last watched them. I can't remember if 1 or 2 was my favorite.

Also Carrie, seeing the post about it on Best & Worst reminded me. The 1976 original is easily the best but I actually rather like and enjoy The Rage: Carrie 2 as well. Far better than expected.

Seeing the recent title announcement of the (so far supposedly) final Sharknado sequel reminded me of that series. I've seen the first three Sharknado films and while not exactly good per say, they can be pretty funny to watch if you're in the right mood and know what you're in for. So far of the ones I've seen, I enjoyed the second one the most. Again, not saying it's good, but in the right state of mind can be goofy fun.

Might've mentioned Jurassic Park before. Not sure if the series counts as Horror although in a way I consider it Horror-y. The upcoming Fallen Kingdom definitely seems to be emphasizing the Horror/monster film aspects much more. In any event, the original is very easily the best.

How could I forget Candyman. May have brought it up before. The first two are some of my favorite Horror movies and I actually often can't decide which I like better. Not seen the third one which I've heard is awful. Tony Todd doesn't even like it.

Actually, I saw the second on TV one time but it was just flicking through my channels to find it was playing on AMC only to see the last 30 min or so. Defo a movie that I need to revisit in full. I might see the third as well despite its reception.

I'll probably see the third someday as well just to complete the series.

The new Halloween was awesome and one of my favorites of the series, but Carpenter's original will always easily be the best to me.

After going through the first three Hellraiser movies as part of my Halloween Horror viewing this past October, I think Hellraiser III might actually be my favorite one. Not a popular opinion I'm sure, but I find it's probably the all-around most entertaining one, even if it was a bit of a tonal departure from the first two. I'm behind on the series a bit as I haven't seen any past Hellseeker, but it seems the last few films are of low-quality and the series sadly was never quite the same beginning with the fourth film and it's infamously difficult production.

Also here are some franchises that I got done that I might also add.
Romero’s Living Dead - Dawn of the Dead (1978) Hatchet - Hatchet II Wishmaster - Original Puppet Master - I’ve only seen the first 3, but I like the original the best so far.

Sorry for my slightly late reply, been busy. I still find I'm lukewarm on Hellbound, there's things about it I like but overall it doesn't resonate with me as much. It's not terrible, just a pretty "take it or leave it" type of movie for me. I far prefer Hell On Earth which I find very entertaining and is never dull.

Still haven’t gotten to 7-10 yet? Actually to be fair they’re not really worth checking out.
